The rooms were very clean, and the bedding was clean and fresh. Beds were very comfortable. The staff were very friendly. Wish there were more choices for breakfast, but overall a great stay.
I booked this room on behalf of a relative traveling from central FL to northern VA. She notified me that check in was awful, the pet fee was more than Orbitz advertised, and the rooms are abysmal. Her first room had construction equipment in it due to remodeling. No working phone. No working fridge. She requested a different room. No working phone. No working fridge. She made another trip to the front desk and was told that’s all they’ve got and the clerk walked off.
It was a good location and close to places to eat. It was clean and had everything we needed.
This place was gross—dirty, reeked of smoke, and the door locks were broken!

We stayed for three nights. Friendly staff and conveniently located. Bed was nice, comfortable but not pillow top. Movie channels provided but no espn for wimbeldon final... wifi was fine. Breakfast/coffee typical fare... we were near back exit door on a week day and it was very difficult to sleep with many guests slamming door when they left at 5 to 6am. Our room smelled like mildew. Seemed over priced: I kept wishing we had stayed at the la quinta down the street... but overall it is okay.

Bathrooms need a makeover. Hallways were dingy. Expensive rate for this hotel.
hotel is very clean and comfortable. rooms are big and very spacious. it is right off the hwy which is great but the location isn't the best as it is pretty far from the downtown and not much around it. I'll stay again without a doubt when I need to.
If traveling on I95 this is the perfect hotel to visit. It is located right off the Interstate. The cost of the room would probably be hard to beat as well. My only complaint was the pillows. Not very comfortable.

overall very good. the room had an overly perfume-y smell, almost like someone had spilled a bottle on the floor or something, but we propped the door open for a bit and that took care of it. the staff was friendly and helpful and the room was clean.
Reserved a non-smoking room and was given a smoking room. I went back to lobby and told them of the wrong room, they informed me that I did NOT reserve a non-smoking room. So I went back to the 3rd floor where my room was (with the broken bathroom door) and brought down my reservations which I printed - to prove that I reserved a non-smoking room. I was then informed that it was not listed that way in the computer - I told her to forget what the computer said and to change me to a non-smoking room. Her reply - we are totally booked and there are no other rooms available! I was calling Orbitz about my reservation issue and before anyone could answer my call a non-smoking room became available. Very unhappy with anything after that and would not recommend this hotel to anyone.
