The room had definitely not been dusted in a while, the tray with the ice bucket and cups hadn’t been replaced or moved to even clean under and ac was very dusty. Parking was not the greatest.

Will never stay there again. Some of the Staff was quite rude. When we had arrived, they gave us a room which was made. Then they gave us a smaller room than we had paid for. Staff made us feel like it's our fault. And staff opens a door wide open when we were sleeping, when we had still 3 more days stay left.

Pool was nice. Guest were obnoxious and construction was annoying right outside of our room

Nice area good location quiet not too far from the shopping malls and good restaurants

Nice and comfy clothes by Fort Lee and other stores and shopping centers

Let me start off by saying the main staff was great. The housekeeping needs a lot of work. I didn't even have to try and look for problems with my room, they stood right out. Things like crumbs behind and on the side of night stand right down to a bottle of baby oil on floor under the bed. Yeah I'm not even kidding, I felt disgusting staying there. And for the record when I ask for you to come freshin up my room, don't just make the bed and steal my towels. Try vacuuming a little and replacing the things I used... absolute worst I've ever seen.

the room was musty old & dark needs a major up dating

Nice location close by Fort Lee base and not too far from shopping centers and good places to eat

Check in went well and the hotel staff were pleasant and accommodating. I was assigned a non-smoking room on the back side of the hotel (facing away from the main road). Upon opening the door, it was VERY evident someone had been smoking cigarettes in there recently. The room itself was ok. The bed spread on one bed was dirty and had food stains on it, and there was mold growing in the bathroom at the base of the tub. When I returned to the room in the evening, the light from outside the room was clearly visible through the door jamb, indicating the door seal was ineffective (turns out there WASN'T one at all). A park bench located six feet outside my door seemed to be a convenient place for a few homies to smoke a blunt and get rowdy which lasted from 11 pm to almost 2 am, and when I finally got to sleep, I dreamed about waking up to find my truck had been stolen by the fine upstanding citizens that kept me awake for hours. Next time I'll spend the extra $20 and get a room at a higher quality chain hotel. Saving a few bucks at the expense of worrying about my safety and losing sleep wasn't a good trade-off.

Good location on Ice stores and everything all around close to everything that you need

Everything was OK, but there was an odor, I believe it was due to the Humidity. I used Febreeze, I didn't mention to the staff

quiet nice surroundings good service good breakfast

My boyfriend is at Fort Lee, VA and the location of this hotel is very convenient for visiting him. The hotel room was clean, bed was comfortable, water pressure was good, complimentary breakfast was nice, and the pool was a great asset.

This hotel is in a nice location and was very clean. Better than the other quality inns that I have stayed at in the surrounding area .

Stayed for 3 days. The hotel is tight by the hwy and close to Ft Lee.

We enjoyed our stay, the staff were friendly and helpful and our room was very nice and comfortable (with a kitchen!). We didn't have a chance to try out the pool, but the free breakfast seemed slightly above what you get at a Super 8 (on par with La Quinta) and they have coffee in the lobby 24/7. I would stay there again.

The staff was very friendly and helpful and phones to inquire if the room was to our liking and if we had everything we needed.

Traveling alone the hotel was just enough for me. At first I wasn't very impressed, but then I warmed up to the hotel. Couple notes the kitchens are not stocked with supplies to cook with, and housekeeping didn't come to my room my second night there. Other then that it was fine and I found what I needed.

When I went to check-in, I was told that I had a double queen, SMOKING room and I had requested a NON-SMOKING room. The desk clerk basically told me that I had to take the SMOKING room or a single queen and it was too late to cancel. I took the single queen because everything in the area was booked. I was not offered the option of a rollaway. After I went out and spent $70 purchasing an air mattress, I went to see if I could get an extra set of bedding and the clerk was offering someone else a "free" rollaway. The room was okay - the bathroom was dirty and in need of maintenance. The toilet was running all night and two of the lamps did not work. Overall a rather unpleasant experience. I would recommend finding a different hotel.
