We got to the hotel and checked in, we weren’t told the boiler was down so there was no hot water until after we tried to shower. Then we moved to the MainStay side of the hotel and it was all downhill from there. Only One of the staff members (same staff for both sides of the hotel) was kind and helpful, the couple others we had to deal with

The staff wouldn’t bring clean towels to the room. I was told I’d have to bring my dirty towels down to the front desk. There was no complimentary water, or any for purchase. The staff was very laxed and had no clue about anything.

Did not have hot water. I complained to the front desk and they did not care. The younger girl at the desk wanted to argue and was so rude because we complained about taking cold showers. Every small ask to them seemed like an inconvenience or they “don’t know”. Awful experience.

The hotel was very clean and quiet and every one of the staff was amazing. Very helpful kind and courteous. And having Jimmy's pizza restaurant connected to the hotel was very convenient and the food was very good and the restaurant was clean.
