We stayed on the 4th floor in a Jr. Suite. It was very spacious. The King bed was comfy and everything was great. The kitchenette had plates, utensils and cookware. There's also a coffee pot, toaster, frig and cook top. They do not supply coffee so bring your own or buy some when you get there. There's a small love seat that makes out to a bed but it is SO not comfortable!! Very hard. Our room was cleaned daily and we always left a tip for our housekeeper. The air blows cold however, the person sleeping on the left side of the bed facing the wall gets the air directly in the face...and it blows hard! It gave my husband a cold. This property is about a block back from the main resort but you have use of everything. If you prefer being beachfront, you'll need to stay at the main resort, Los Arcos Resort & Spa. There are 3 pools there. Not many people used the pool when we were there but it was nice. The 3rd sister hotel, Casa Dona Susana is across the street but is adults only. This hotel is very quiet though if you're looking for that. Loved the lobby. Coffee for a couple of hours from about 7:30a-9:30a or so.

- Nice hotel. Excellent location. It is on the beach but in the middle of town. -The private beach is at Playa Los Arcos across the street. - At the beach the hotel people set up beach chairs, table, towels umbrella for you. -You can order from the hotel restaurant. No vegetarian options. - In Los Arcos Suite, there is a kitchenette with a refrigerator, pots and pans, dishes bowls etc. -No microwave. The stove consists of two electric hot-plates - If you are going to cook, remember to bring your own spices, condiments - There is a pool in the hotel as well. - The floors are almost always wet from mopping

Front of house staff was not very friendly or helpful. Other services were good over all.

We have stayed several times without incident. However this visit had its issue. The rainy season is still inforce, so the room was very musty. AC worked well but the room was still 'wet.' Manager put in a dehumidifier which eventually dried out the room. Better to come after rains end. We'D still stay at Los Arco Suites for the great locatio.

Overall I would say the hotel was pleasant, and one that I would return to. The room was clean, the staff was super nice, and the pool was perfect for kids. The only complaint I would have is the shower. The shower is outdated and at the very least needs new curtains. Otherwise I had a good experience at Los Arcos Suites

Over all, a nice place to stay. Very friendly and helpful staff. Some construction noise but that's all over P.V.

We spent a week and enjoyed it thoroughly, partly because the hotel is one of a group of three--including one on the beach--and we had access to all. Our concierge is a model of helpful and friendly staffer and is very knowledgeable about great things to see and do.

Had a very good time. We love PVR. People are very friendly. Weather is great

Suites Los Arcos was conveniently situated for restaurants, clubs, art galleries and shopping, especially for the crafts mall on the island in the Rio Cuale. The hotel featured a small swimming pool, but guests at the hotel had access to the much larger and livelier main Los Arcos across one of the more arterial streets. The staff was helpful and very friendly and the cleaning crew was efficient and agreeable. There is a lot of construction of new condos and apartment buildings in this part of town and so there is some day time construction noise, what with cement mixers and the like operating close by. But the AC and the sliding glass door of the hotel's balcony do a lot to minimize any disturbance, and this construction activity ceases during the evening and night.

It was amazing.. Our room was huge and the service was outstanding. The location was near everything good so we never did too much walking . We would definitely go back to los Arcos suites without a doubt. 100% recommended.

If you want to be in the heart of Puerto Vallarta, this hotel is right for you! The staff were lovely, everything was clean and well kept, and it's surrounded by the best restaurants of Puerto Vallarta. We could see the ocean from our room, and the pools were so nice to cool down in in the heat of the day. If you're an individual who needs the fancy schmancy, the authenticity of Los Arcos is not probably not for you. We stayed here for our honeymoon, and loved every minute of it. So many people we met were staying at resorts that were outlandishly priced, far away from everything, and stuck with food that was so-so, who had regretted their decisions. We will stay here every time!!

Everyone in this hotel was extremely nice. By day 3 they knew us by name and what we liked to drink and eat. They would even alert us of the happy hours times.

This was my fifth time here. All went well except for the A/C. No matter what room I'm in, the air conditioner always has a damp musty smell. What ever causes it, should be addressed. I just leave the slider open and don't use the A/C. I think it's very unhealthy. Works for me in December. Don't think I'd stay here in the warmer months.

Wonderful staff, hotel is at the end of a small cup de sac so it's nicely hidden away in the Zona Romantica. Just what we wanted for our stay. Nice room lay out, deck, actually huge dining/living area, great bedroom, shower/bathroom a bit small but fine as it's tucked in between the bed room and guest area via 2 doors. Love having a fridge and making my own breakfast. THE best German food is just at the corner, and local local food either to the left a few blocks away or to the right around a 15-20 minute walk.

This is our home away from home. Family friendly, wonderful caring help from maids,to front desk, to reservations. The only issue is wifi service not very good. Hilda in reservations and Francisco at the lobby are always willing to help and have become part of our extended family

the rooms were average but the drinks were awesome

This the best location to be in and we love the hotel. Great staff and large rooms with a balcony.

I was there for 1 night only, and I so wanted to over stay the staff is so kind and helpful, the location is amazingly well located and and is super clean, I just love it!
