The first room we were given had a horrible smell but they were very accommodating to get us another room which was good. Service was not as on top of things as in the past. Appeared to be understaffed. Ordered items at meals that just never came. Had a difficult time getting into restaurants for dinner and when we were finally seated they were out of some foods. This should not be happening.

Absolute gem of a resort. Have a family of 6 not wanting to leave. The pool is amazing, the fish and gardens around the resort are gorgeous and very entertaining for our fish loving boys. The beach and ocean are great. The only different thing I didn’t love at first was that there is no main big buffet, but after a couple days we learned our way around the menu for the kids and then we didn’t miss it at all. Most meals we got were made to order, hot and fresh. Breakfast waffles, French toast, and burritos were so good. All of the staff was OUTSTANDING, so pleasant and fun. We really hope to come back!! Thank you for an amazing trip

This resort was a great value for an all-inclusive. Our one-bedroom suite was roomy and comfortable, the pool area was nice, and we never had trouble finding good food at the restaurants. The crepe station was delicious and a favorite stop for us. Would definitely consider staying again
