Recently renovated lobby area and a larger pool with an adjacent bar. Great ocean views from all rooms and priced ridiculously low compared to most San Juan hotels. I saw an overnight security guard on staff and the parking lot is now clearly visible from the front desk windows. If you don’t mind the one hour drive from the San Juan airport, I highly recommend this place.

No hot water. Hair on the towels slipped on their ramp and fell. Wifi is terrible room is small. Phone to front desk didnt work. Breakfast was good
The only complaint and praise is that the grounds and views are beautiful bit… because of that they had weddings all weekend and the first night we stayed there was no parking. Also, i had no fridge and was told I had to pay for the “deluxe” in order to have a fridge and microwave. Otherwise, excellent hotel.
The property is very well kept and clean! The rooms are comfortable and the AC was fantastic. The pools and the breakfast were also a great addition to our stay.
The grounds and views were absolutely beautiful but they need to update the hotel and rooms. The bed was uncomfortable and the showers were not clean.
Great place, right now it’s under construction but it’s definitely going to be even better.

The room was good. The pool get nice. The parking and adjacent property w graffiti, trash was very discouraging. The staff at the breakfast dinning area Awesome the American guy and his female coworkers gave the best service.
The hotel was in construction and the noise woke us up every morning. The food was great. The beach was beautiful and so was the view from my room. The hotel staff were friendly and helpful.

El hotel necesita una remodelación urgente. Las condiciones de la habitación están pésimas. Las cortinas del baño viejas y los tubos con moho. Las puertas son viejas y parecen de escuela pública y mal pintadas. Parece que no han remodelado ni cambiado nada desde que inauguraron el hotel por primera vez. No le recomiendo el hotel a nadie y tampoco me vuelvo a hospedar.

Beautiful location on the beach close to north west coast beach hot spots wonderful staff!!!! Only issue was hotel is little old and outdated for the price. Shower didn’t get hot first night but after notified it was fixed next day! The outside hot tub was not hot at all but the lights in pool were beautiful!! Breakfast included was free but like school or hospital style food.
