Good breakfast was included, staff was friendly and helpful, nice rooms. I liked this place. Of course, I was there for a special event including the youth orchestra and choir, Espranza Azteca, but they made the kids feel really special with a party at the end of their stay.
Great service, friendly staff, great location. Vibrant atmosphere and the food is very good. Good facilities at the hotel from bar to hairdressing services and everyone is very friendly. The rooms are getting dated, but they are clean and they actually have someone auditing the rooms for cleanliness, they also do the same for the restaurants.
We spent one night here as we were traveling thru Mexico. We accidentally got on the freeway above and had trouble getting off and back to the hotel in heavy traffic but when we got there, it was great. Good parking, clean rooms, we had a drink at the bar and dinner in the restaurant which was very good. I would recommend it.
Theis hotel provides me with good comfortable and clean accommodation and good food during my occasional business trips to Puebla area. I would like to come back whenever I am in this region and definitely would recommend this place to friends.
I had business trip to Puebla and stay in this hotel 3 times in last 6 month. friendly stuffs and good services. they provide bus to my office free of charge everyday. the decoration is excellent during the Day of Dead public holiday in Mexico.
great service. hotel is clean. friendly service all around. great value. rooms are clean and roomy. restaurant is a great option. very accommodating staff. breakfast buffet is excellent choice for the money.
Close to the highway, very clean and comfortable. We had dinner at the restaurant.. you have to try the Tortas, they are really good. Next morning we op out of the buffet but we order huevos rancheros... very very good. We had one of the room by the highway and We didn't hear any noises.
I have been going to Puebla since 2006. I have stayed at several hotels, some of which were expensive, some of which were not expensive. What satisfies me is that rare combination in the hotel industry, i.e., price, location, facilities, and, above all, service. Not too many of the hotels I have stayed at offer a 4 or 5 star experience in all those categories. But the Fiesta Inn Finsa most certainly does. Let me explain. Pricing is competitive. I think that $60 per night (including taxes) for a room for 2 is good value. The location is industrial-suburban, meaning that the hotel is about 10 km from the historic downtown. This works for me because the family which I visit lives about 15 km west of the hotel and the shopping & restaurants which I like are 5 km to the east. The facilities are well-maintained and spotless. The only negative comment I have is that the place looks a bit dated now. You won't find USB ports available in your room the way you will in more modern establishments. On the other hand, the WiFi was excellent. The restaurant offers a buffet breakfast for $11. The chefs will prepare eggs any way you want, and you have a choice of dozens of hot and cold dishes as well. The staff at this Fiesta Inn couldn't have been friendlier or more professional. The front desk staff had my room saved for my very late arrival (2:30 a.m.). Even in the middle of the night the front desk employee was courteous. Check in was speedy. The room had a view of Popocatpetl as I had requested. The doorman took care of the car for me. The Fiesta Inn Finsa offers a good mix of economical pricing and excellent service. That combination is increasingly difficult to find in today's hospitality industry.
My wife and I, in addition to 5 business associates have stayed at the hotel 4 to 5 times a year, in the last 10 years. (each stay average 3 to 4 nights) Last July 10 we arrived for a 5 night stay, (group 5 people) there were some changes in the staff, Edgar new front desk manager. was unprofessional, discourteous, rude and for sure does NOT belong in the hospitality businesses, we asked to see the manager Olga, and he block our access to her lying about her meetings, not being available etc... We finally got a call from Olga 2 days later, after my wife told the chamber maid, what happen to us and she relayed the information to management. We (our group or 5 associates) will not return to the property as long as Edgar is there. Edgar does not belong in the hospitality business.
I've tried different hotels in different cities around Mexico, and everytime I arrive to a Fiesta Inn hotel it is certain that I will spend a comfortable kind time in there. I couldn't visit the pool nor the gym, but I'm sure the facilities are well suited as always in Fiesta Inn. I could use more variety of meals at the breakfast buffet though.
