I was very excited when I made the reservation, but when I arrived, there was no elevator. It was not indicated on the website. The room looked very comfortable and the kitchenette was cozy. Except there were no towels to dry the dishes. There was no information on where to get ice and yet there was a ice bucket there. The room was SO NOISY! Even with the windows being “sound proof” it was SO NOISY! Housekeeping was only doing beds and replacing towels. Everything else was FILTHY! The tables were not wiped off, the floors weren’t really swepted or mopped. The entrance was great, it was secured always, but if you were returning in the evening there isn’t enough light outside. Which made me a little nervous. Yes, you have to ring the bell in order to be let in. This would be better if there was a well lit entrance and/or if you can use your room swipe card to swipe yourself in. I always asked my Uber driver to stick around until I was let in since it was dark. The entrance lobby could use a huge facelift. The furniture eas outdated and torn. The WiFi was HORRIBLE! Get ready to use your data minutes. The roof/terrace is not at all like the pictures on the website. All there was were some metal benches and a few potted plants. I really think the pics for this property really, really need to be updated. I was deceived. I don’t thing I would’ve have stayed here if I knew all this issues were active. Inaccurate description on so many accounts. I decided to leave 2 days early because

My son and I have stayed here twice. Both times the service was great, housekeeping wonderful. Having the bedroom separate from the kitchen/dining/living areas was great. A 24hr convenience store (OXXO) was just outside the front door, and a large grocery store was four blocks away. Overall, a great place to stay.

The photographs of the rooms are very deceiving, the rooms, bed & kitchen are a lot smaller than appears in the pictures. The beds are only double size & have a plastic matress protector on them that makes a horrible noise when you turn over. All the rooms are noisy, the outside ones face the busy corner streets & the inner one has no windows, but you can hear everybody else in the room next door as if they are in your suite. The kitchen has a one burner stove with one sauce pan & one frying pan. There were only 2 knives, forks, spoons, plates, cups & glasses. The couch is more like an entrance hall seat. Expedia charged us twice the amount of the actual listed hotel price & the manager then charged us an extra fee upon arrival.

Only short walk to center. Great little kitchen. Clean-Clean. Room was cleaned every day. Quiet interior room, don’t know about exterior rooms. We stayed there for 2 weeks and as we were saying our good buys at the front door, we were asked to pay 30 pesos for the small bottle of water left on the refrigerator in our room when we arrived. Seriously! We left a generous tip for the cleaning service every day. We thought they were joking. Seriously! $1.50!

We moved from one hotel directly in the center to this. The location here is perfect too. Good to walk around at night. The space worked better for us. Cleaner and much friendlier, more safety measures here than the previous lodging too. It is loud during the day with traffic but that does not bother me. Nice rooftop sitting area. I will be back. I like and would recommend. I I experienced another lodging and went and personally checked others, this was a good one compared to others in the same price range.

This is a small, almost boutique hotel in the downtown area. There's a kitchen with a stove, utensils, pots, fridge, and microwave...and a small bar seating area, bathroom, and quite a small bedroom, but there's a big bed to maneuver around so it makes it seem small. You get toiletries and a variety of items to use. There's a front desk person 24/7 to monitor the door, since this is a 10 room place it shouldn't be that busy. I managed to get a room facing the street so it got noisy at times due to traffic. My only complaint is that there was no hot water...I never said anything cuz I just dealt with it. This is walking distance to many places, mainly the zocalo and a bunch of places to eat. Other places are a short taxi-uber ride away. The airport is about 30-40 minutes away, but isn't too expensive via uber. There's an OXXO downstairs at the corner. This is a nice place to stay if you care about budget. It's clean, friendly, safe, modern, and comfortable.

The room was VERY clean, impressively so. It was a bit unpleasant at the end as we fell like we were being watched. I took a spoon to use during the day and the receptionist asked me in the evening if we have the spoon otherwise we will have to pay for it. The hotel was clean and the staff were friendly. I found the room layout unpractical for us. The bedroom was very small. We had a kitchen area but we did not use that space other than suitcase area and charging station. Location at first felt far from town but after a day we realized we were close enough. We discovered an amazing local small panadería and we had everything we needed at walking distance.
