It was just okay…but I think the whole area was not what we expected. I had a completely different idea of OOB. But, the walls and floors are so not sound proof! The noise was awful!

Not handicapped accessible and no elevator. Third floor for someone with mobility issues was hard. The ice machine was not easily accessible. And the kitchen wasn't well equiped. No toaster only 2 forks, no can opener one frying pan and a kettle nothing else. The pool was nice, the beach was close and the trolley was easily accessible. The rooms were nice size, we had a big bathroom but the shower water took forever to get warm. I would stay again if i can get a cabin or first floor.the area was fantastic. I am disabled and i let them know that. Third floor was not a situation i was told about.

Absolutely amazing property for being low stars. One of the cleanest hotels I’ve stayed at. Workers were friendly and perfect for a beach get away.

My family stayed here 2 years ago and it was a lovely place with a great location so I thought I would book again this year. I got 2 rooms and each had a kitchenette. One rooms refrigerator, microwave stopped working (probably a blown fuse) on Saturday. I went to front desk and let them know and than the family and I went out for the day. We got back around 5ish and no working kitchenette area. Went back to the front office and they said "Oh, they didn't fix it?" Nope they didn't so we had to keep going between rooms to use the others kitchen. It was very inconvenient for all of us. When we left Sunday morning I mentioned it again and nothing again. I figured we would of at least of gotten somewhat of a refund, especially for what I paid, but nope nothing. We like the location, restaurant and some of the rooms, but I don't know if we will stay next year unless something gets refunded for the inconvenience. Also, when I booked this trip a few months ago I received a message from the hotel and where we were repeat visitors, we were supposed to have received a discount and I never received one, so that was disappointing.

The only good thing about staying here was access to beautifull beach. Don't stay here. Dirty, run down with No ammenities. Management horrible. Should be fired. Mold in bathroom and shower curtain. Board of health should shut it down. Almost got attacked by aggresive german shepard twice.

Staff in the front office were less than helpful with issues. The room had not been thoroughly cleaned prior to arrival, moved end table and there was food and wrappers underneath as well as food under the bed, alerted front office staff. Was told they would not clean unless staying for 3 days, had to make clear it was not cleaned prior to my arrival and would like a house cleaner. Cleaner never arrived. Mentioned to front desk that shower whistled loudly (to the point of waking children in the morning) and the beds seemed to be on their last leg, said they would send maintenance up, I asked when maintenance came in to plan around this, was told they "didn't know he comes when he comes"... maintenance never came to address issue either. For the children pool was heated and short walk to the beach, more private area and not as congested as main beach. It was a short drive to the pier area (or about a 30 minute walk). Overall will not be booking at this hotel again, read very similar reviews more recently of the same experience I had. Hotel management didn't seem to care much about concerns or issues, I understand you get what you pay for but for almost $500 for two nights I would expect the room to at least be cleaned thoroughly prior to arrival or at least addressed if the concern is brought up, especially with COVID it did not seem to matter to the staff.

It was an awesome stay! The staff are friendly and accommodating m. The on site restaurant has excellent food and fair prices! It was very close to the beach which was wonderful.

This place was awesome for my first visit to OOB. Easy access to the beach and the outside grills were perfect for a dinner in. Room was clean and well cared for.

Rented a suite for 6 people could only park 1 car. Over priced for the out dated rooms and no late check out.

This property was a great location for what we were there for. Rooms were spacious and staffing was helpful. Will probably stay there again on the next adventure.

No mattress pads in the mattress! Disgusted! NO drapes to block out the light from the parking lot. Refrigerator running all night. Scalding got water. One chair outside room instead of 2. Rug filthy. My feet were black. Shower head too short for a man to get under.

This place is bit rough. Hotel is outdated, blinds do not provide any privacy from people walking by, beds/linen 1 out of 5. Thankfully bathroom received little upgrade but overall I would seek a newer place maybe closer to pier.
