Nice, clean and comfy room. Public area are very clean and beautiful interior. Due to pandemic so every morning have to wait for a bit longer for breakfast, but this is fine, they are doing their best to serve everyone.

Sitting on balcony looking at the water. Nicley kept

I would have preferred to stay in main hotel not adjacent

Hotel is located just outside Bar Harbor, too far to walk into town. I was disappointed with service the most. Mattress was too soft and lumpy, I needed a chiropractor to adjust me. Room was clean when we got there, but was not cleaned after. All the housecleaning did was make the bed and empty waste basket. Even after I complained about room not dusted or bathtub washed, it didn't help. They didn't even refill coffee condiments. Next time we will avoid this hotel.

Charged me for an ocean view, but it was not ocean view. I will never go back to this property!! Ever. I would appreciate a refund.

The Holiday Inn was excellent and had a great location close to everything. We stayed in the Proctor portion which has been updated. The grounds had amazing landscaping and great views. The trolley was a bonus and was very handy getting around the area. I would recommend this hotel to anyone traveling in this area.

We had a bad experience. They called us before arrival trying to convince us about an upgrade, and it was a complete disaster. They offer a better view (that was not that good) to a noisy pool. We had days with no housekeeping at all. Dirty, old fashioned, and we have problems with the check out and credit card charges.

Pool and tiki bar were amazing! Staff were helpful and attentive. Great food!

The buses driving in the parking lot every5minpast our room.construction noise was unbearable.for a nature getaway it was the noisiest ive ever heard. The eden house isno connected to the hotel ,very deceptive.for ruining a 30th aniversarywith this moisy overpriced vacation im never booking with orbitz again

Great location. Negatives included exposed electrical outlet in room, low water pressure and spotty internet connections
