Staff was really helpful. Penny helped us by packing grab & go breakfast bags the night before our early morning Acadia Cadillac Mountain hike. It was the perfect meal in between our hikes that day
The service staff from the lobby were very friendly; the was an option to get coffee and tea at the front desk
The staffs are very friendly and helpful!!! Complementary breakfast has plenty of variety. Kids loved the playground and sandbox onsite.
Very close to the park , the staffs very nice
Lovely place close to the park and Bar Harbor
The room was clean and relatively modern, and the hotel was very close to Acadia National Park. The breakfast was very good and the person preparing and maintaining the food and the are was perhaps the kindest person I’ve experienced. The rooms were expensive, but we knew they would be. All in all, staying here was a great experience and we’d do it again.
Loved the complimentary breakfast and proximity to Acadia
No issues
Our family loved this property! We don’t usually stay at motels but were pleasantly surprised by this charming Best Western. The room was very clean and had been recently refurbished. The staff was super friendly and helpful. Jeremy went out of his way to make my kids feel welcome and excited for their vacation. The heated pool was wonderful. The breakfast was delicious with many options. We absolutely would recommend this motel!
Our first impression of the Best Western in Bar Harbor was that it was going to be dumpy because most of the nicer, more expensive hotels were already booked up. We thought the price for the Best Western was quite expensive considering the overall hotel chain isn't luxurious and more of a bargain stay. To our pleasant surprise, our room was decently sized, especially the bathroom. It seemed clean, no funky smells, no obvious grossness to it. We were also surprised by the complimentary breakfast they served as well. There was quite a selection to choose from and it was very tasty. We would definitely stay there again if we were to visit Bar Harbor in the future and we would recommend the Best Western for budget travelers.
thanks
This was a super nice stay. It is super close to Acadia and Bar Harbor (you still need to drive). It is very quiet compared to places in the Bar Harbor downtown. The room was spacious and clean and very nice bathroom. The breakfast was decent. And the staff were so nice and helpful. Will definitely return once in the area.
Every staff I've encountered was courteous. Best breakfast spread for a non-luxury hotel I've seen. The rooms and hotel grounds are immaculate.
Pros: all proper Covid safety measures in place, direct access to room
