There were a nice breakfast and rooms were comfortable! Easy on and of the road!

Very welcoming staff, immaculate presentation, Free coffee, tea , soup and cookies on arrival . Large comfortable rooms , great breakfast and fantastic location, free parking and Wifi. Definitely stay here again.

We decided to try this hotel as it was one of the few open during the last week of April. It was clean, but the rooms were small (smaller than hotels at comparable prices) and the bathtub was miniscule. I felt like Gulliver in the land of the Lilliputians. I suppose, at the height of the season, if you want a room at a reasonable price this would be a good choice but otherwise I would suggest looking elsewhere.

Nice place to stay, while visiting Acadia National Park. The park was awesome, one day is not long enough to experience everything there. We also visited Bar Harbor...did a little shopping and ate at the Thirsty Whale, which we recommend to all visitors. The lobster rolls and clam chowder was the best.

Staff was very nice. Not many amenities. Good basic hotel.

My family was on a motorcycle trip to Bar Harbor and booked rooms at this hotel. We could not have been more disappointed. Most of the rooms electrical outlets did not charge our cell phones due to not working. My brother in law also experience sparks when he turned on the light switch. The rooms were good size and clean. We slept in a comfortable king size bed. After a day on a motorcycle our party typically enjoys to relax in hot tub. At this hotel the hot tub and pool closes at 9 PM. We only had a few minutes in the hot tub before it closed for the night. Our group was so disappointed with this hotel we switched hotels to the Ramada in Ellsworth. It is a much nicer hotel with more amenities. It is also only 18 miles from Bar Harbor. Definitely worth the drive. I would NEVER stay there again due to being so disappointed. Our party looked forward to staying there for 3 months. Oh well. Lesson learned

It was a good experience, just small stuff like the two electrical outlet was not working, one of the lights was busted, but overall it was avoid stay

It was nice trip to Acadia. The location of hotel is off center but they provide a Free shuttle bus. The meal is just ok.

just ordinary hotel, nothing outstanding Maybe $200 a night was a bit too much. But hotels in this area in foliage season are in general expensive. It felt like there was some residue in the bath tub. Housekeeping kept bugging us starting at 9am and 10am although our check out time was 11am. Breakfast was not impressive. canned fruits. plastic-like french toast.

From the helpful checkin staff to the clean quiet rooms my family if 4 were very happy. Central location plenty if parking and good breakfast assortment made it all easy. Face the rear and you'll be away from the front entrance and roadway and face a field and pool.

The location of this hotel was great if you want to spend time at Acadia National Park. Very close to town, but is a stretch to walk there. I believe they have a free bus that stops at the hotel to shuttle into town.

Good Place for the price. Good location-close to Bar Habor and Acadia. Very friendly staff. Complimentary breakfast was good. Would stay there again.

The location of the hotel is very good, close to the Park, and not far from downtown. The beds are very comfortable, and the sink/shower look very new. The a/c is loud, but it's normal when you get an inn. The continental beakfast is ok, but it's free and you can make hot oatmeal and toast. All in all, we are very happy with the choice. One thing to point out is that although we prepaid when we booked the hotel, the hotel staff treated it as unpaid. I had to show them my reservation email that I was charged. The staff had to ask the manager for help to figure everything out.

We had a great stay in Bar Harbor. The staff was very friendly and helpful.

I was very impressed with the Acadia Inn and as I was checking out to head further North I made a reservation for my return trip.

Room was very comfortable, staff very accomodating and the location was just a short jaunt into the town. Would gladly recommend to family and friends.

. Beds could be better and the room had a little musty odor, but was a nice place. The breakfast was good.

Upon check out I informed the front desk that the sheets in my room should be tossed. They were thin and yellow from age. The response I was given was the sheets "are cream" and not white. Gross...replace the sheets! I would have appreciated a recognition and offer to make it right.

Very clean, friendly staff, children friendly - if you don't have children request 3rd floor so you don't have running above. Pillows are foam like - no feather down. Pillows would be my only complaint. But maybe you can request down? No children in our party, but still a good choice for our activities. Rented bikes for a few days and rooms are large enough to hold bikes and still able to move about. If you like to laze about, room service, watch multiple cable channels/movies - look elsewhere. This is a great place to land after long day of activities, shower, back to town for dinner / cocktail and back to sleep. 10 - 15 min walk into town. 3 min drive. 5 min bike.

The stay at this hotel was great. It's located across from the College of the Atlantic and in walking distance of downtown Bar Harbor. It's very close to the Acadia National Park and away from all of the noise in downtown Bar Harbor. The free breakfast offered a lot great variety of things and the heated pool was very nice. There weren't many people staying there this early in the season so that was great too. I would definitely recommend it for anyone staying overnight or for a week or more who is visiting Bar Harbor or the Acadia National Park.
