Staff was very good.

I liked it was convenient to Bar Harbor in the town part and convenient to Acadia National Park. The breakfast was different than what Im used to. The Inn was clean and comfy beds and pillows. Staff was very friendly

The staff was great when we arrived giving us suggestions for dinner. Was a nice touch there were cookies as well. The breakfast each morning was super well stocked and the best I've seen in awhile. I loved the sunroom for eating with all the lilac bushes around. Definitely plenty of seating for everyone at breakfast. We liked that the stairs to our second floor room was convenient to the breakfast area as well, as my son doesn't like taking the elevator. I would definitely stay here again.

!

Close proximity to downtown Bar Harbor but not ideal to walk. Very close to hiking and Acadia National Park, which was perfect. Easy parking and clean facilities. Continental breakfast was nice.

Front desk staff could have been more friendly and welcoming. No issues with the property itself

Friendly staff and we liked that typical daily room cleaning didn’t take place during our 3 night stay. Requests for items needed could be made by using a door tag. It certainly saved labor at a time when many restaurants in the area were shut down or very curtailed due to lack of employees.

Love the location

Pros: Great proximity to Acadia NP, Staff was friendly, Room/Bathroom was clean, Breakfast was adequate during COVID. Cons: Pay for Bottled Water, Room on the first floor near an exit and the cleaning station... so excess noise. We couldn't use the jacuzzi because it never got warm.

Very nice hotel. Clean, staff was great, you can walk into Acadia National Park from a path behind hotel. They had movie nights and s’mores nights. Would highly recommend this hotel.

We had a lovely stay at this hotel. Staff was hardworking and friendly. It was perfectly situated to bar harbor. We were able to access the carriage roads from the backyard. S’mores on the back lawn were great. Excellent grab and go breakfast. Overall, highly recommend!

The inn was conveniently located between Bar Harbor and Acadia. It was a good launching point to explore those areas.

The Inn was very nice and our room was quite comfortable. The staff were very friendly. Would definitely stay again!

Great location, beautiful surroundings. We would stay here on a return trip.

The friendless of everyone at the Inn. The most important thing was that one of our party had a heart attack before on our way to the Inn; I called and there was not a problem with canceling the one room. When we arrived Mr. Walter Ireland was very accommodating and explained about contacting Expedia about the cancellations. He even inquired about our friends condition. The little extras such as the fresh baked cookies and snacks in the afternoon were very nice after com8ng in from being lot and about.
