Great location, beautiful surroundings. We would stay here on a return trip.

The friendless of everyone at the Inn. The most important thing was that one of our party had a heart attack before on our way to the Inn; I called and there was not a problem with canceling the one room. When we arrived Mr. Walter Ireland was very accommodating and explained about contacting Expedia about the cancellations. He even inquired about our friends condition. The little extras such as the fresh baked cookies and snacks in the afternoon were very nice after com8ng in from being lot and about.

Breakfast was better than most. Good location. Friendly, helpful staff. Very well maintained property

Had a wonderful stay at the Acadia Inn. The room was clean and comfortable. Some attention to maintenance (Rm212) could improve as our toilet was rocking and the heater/a/c unit had a foul scent. The breakfast was great with many choices. We recommend the hotel.

Great location and nice amenities?...............................................

When we arrived in the evening, there happened to be a Make your own S'Mores night around the campfire in the backyard of the hotel (every Mon, Wed, Fri evenings). This was perfect for my kids since we had been in the car for a few hours. There were tons of kids playing in the backyard area on the swingset, with provided outdoor toys and in the pool. My kids also received a whale plush animal which they were thrilled with. Super convenient to downtown Bar Harbor (1 mile) with a bus that can take you there. Also, right across the road from College of the Atlantic which is perfect if you are going on the Diver Ed tour (also highly recommend for younger kids (elementary school aged)).

Nice and quiet hotel, very clean room. Decent breakfast.

Great hotel, excellent staff. We would stay there again

Hotel was clean, the beds and pillows were so hard I didn't have one night of good sleep, breakfast was poor and overall driving experience was not the best. I will not be staying at these hotel again. Final note, small bees came into my bedroom and got stung by one of them I reported the incident to the front desk, I hope they take care of the issue.

Pool was a bit dirty. That’s all I have to say about that.

Nice clean hotel close to everything you would want to see in Bar Harbor. Family friendly!

We had a lovely 4 days at this Inn. The staff was very friendly and went out of their way to help in any way they could. The grounds line up against the carriage roads of the National Park and made for great hiking, jogging and walking without worrying about driving to the Park's entrance. Breakfast in the morning was extensive. I would stay here again!

Staff: Walter at the front desk was great - made a dinner referral and answered any questions we had. Room Attendants were very loud in the hallways. Accommodations: As expected for the price. Breakfast: Lots of options, nothing fantastic but plenty to eat. Other: Road construction - detours and noise were an inconvenience but I didn't fault the hotel for it (though it would have been nice to know in advance - waking to room attendants the first morning then a jackhammer the second didn't make for a great morning experience).

There were a nice breakfast and rooms were comfortable! Easy on and of the road!

Very welcoming staff, immaculate presentation, Free coffee, tea , soup and cookies on arrival . Large comfortable rooms , great breakfast and fantastic location, free parking and Wifi. Definitely stay here again.
