Loved the campfire and conversation on the night I was there. Clean room. It is a small room but had everything I needed. Would go back.

I selected this property based on their web site photos and the written reviews of the property. This is the BIGGEST Bait and Switch I have ever encountered in my life!!! The rooms shown on the website are lovely, well appointed with carpet and attractive furnishings, but I couldn’t see ANYWHERE on the property where these rooms could possibly have existed. Upon entering the room, my husband and I were horrified! It was a 10’ by 11’ room with linoleum floors, no headboard and second hand nightstands. The bathroom was barely large enough for one person. I am not a large person, but in the shower, my elbows touched the shower walls. The toilet and sink were child-sized. The windows of the room and bathroom were open when we arrived. The bathroom window DID NOT close or lock (first floor room)! The heat (October in Maine) did not have a temperature control - it was either OFF or ON - full blast. The walls were so thin, we could hear snoring from one side and guests using the bathroom (ugh!) on the other side. Thankfully we were only staying one night, but I’m not sure I would find this room OK at half the nearly $100 price tag!

Affordable clean room, comfortable bed. The pool was immaculate. I would stay again!

VERY close to Acadia (which we wanted) without being in the touristy village area (which we didn't)

The Motel is very close to Acadia. So to and fro driving distance is saved. All thebasic amenities like microwave, refrigerator and coffee. They have a nice small play ground, pool and picnic area so the kids can play a bit. They also have a small pantry with a vending machine and toaster and laundry. Basic amenities and good location.

Great hotel for the price. Our older room was newly painted and felt clean. They are smaller rooms. The staff is very helpful.

They are very pet friendly. When we checked in tbey provide a doggy blanket if you do not have one and then they also give you a welcome baggy with treats and poop bags. They were clean and the whole motel was very cute.

Nice enough place for price. Warm. No far from downtown.

Convenient location, staff are very friendly. Although the room is small, it is sufficient for overnight stay. There is a common room with vending machine, microwave oven and laundry machine which is a plus.

The room was OK but there was no heat. The warmest was 50 degrees.

Helpful staff . Close to the beach . ................

The room was a little small, particularly the bathroom. However, the rest was absolutely fantastic. Its location away from the chaos of Bar Harbor was perfect. The staff was outstanding and the grounds were immaculate. Looking forward to coming back to this little gem.

We were very comfortable in the room The room was small but very adequate. The room was in excellent condition. The motel is in an excellent location for Acadia and Bar Harbor. The staff is friendly and informative.

Clean, friendly place to rest after a day of adventures. Heated pool, campfire, dog-friendly, coin-op laundry.

Hotel and staff was nice. Room was small but clean. Served its purpose for our overnight stay.

Very clean, comfortable and pleasant people. Too many Orbitz reviews.

We spent 2 nights in a nice clean and pet friendly room. The Wi-Fi was great, my husband enjoyed the evening campfire. We were very close to ANP and the motel was just a short distance from downtown and some good eateries.
