Great location. Charming. All staff were super friendly and helpful. Would have liked queen beds option.
A very basic, older room, which is pretty standard for the area unless you're going to pay top dollar. The staff are friendly. The location is excellent. The main dining and shopping area is within a 5-minute walk. On night one, our AC unit stopped working and we reported it the next afternoon. The staff informed us that they needed to get a part so we'd be without the unit for the night. They couldn't offer us another room due to being booked, and provided us with a fan. Disappointing that we weren't offered a comp or discount for at least one night.
Adorable and super cozy. But the Gem of this establishment is the staff. So friendly and accommodating. Always willing to give suggestions on day trips around the gorgeous area.
This little inn is low on frills and amenities, but high on many other things. The rooms were comfortable and clean (the place appears to have been recently updated), the location was fantastic (easy walking distance to the main drag and lots of restaurants just a couple blocks away), and the staff was amazing. They went out of their way, on their free time and looping in spouses, to help accomodate my sister and good friend's separate requests to suprise me on my 40th. Everyone was kind, enthusiastic, full of good recommendations and local advice, and genuinely interested in making sure their guests have a great stay.
No frills motel, it’s dated but in good shape. Wonderful staff. Very conveniently located to shopping and restaurants. Ample parking. 20 to 25 minutes from the national park.
Very clean and friendly staff. Location can’t be beat!
Love the 2 Queen Beds and a refrigerator in the room!
The location was perfect. The mini fridge was perfect for beverages. Definitely dated but you can tell they are upgrading. Easily walkable to main street and the waterfront. The listing states that they have soundproof rooms however, we could hear the tv next to us loud and clear. I missed not having a coffee maker in the room. Also, didnt love that someone tried to come in our room at 7:30 in the morning, unclear if it was the cleaning staff or not as they didn't respond to our asking who it was or apologized.
Friendly staff and nice location
Property was in good condition, seems like it was recently remodeled/painted. Great for a quick stay. Very close to Bar Harbor shops and restaurants, and a short (less than 5 min) drive to Acadia NP.
The staff was amazing! Like clock work! They'll even mail us the wallet they found on the parking lot! Thank you!
The motel advertised itself as it was - a dated, but conveniently located stay. There was an interesting aroma in the room of mildew and years gone by smoke, but the room itself was clean. Very limited electrical outlets for phone chargers and easy to hear neighbors move and walk around.
They advertised one price for a 4-person room, and then added an extra $10 for our 10 year old son - although were only a family of three.
Great location in Bar Harbor. Friendly and helpful staff. The furnishings could have a more functional layout; and power sockets more accessible to recharge phone. Overall an enjoyable stay.
