Too much $ for what you are getting.

Just an over priced Hampton Inn type facility. Rooms were clean and staff friendly but not worth $500 a night by a long shot. Breakfast included but it was pretty sad.

This property is located in the perfect area for viewing the sunrise. The property was nice, but the bathroom was a little dated. The staff was not very welcoming upon our arrival and not helpful with storing our luggage, as we had arrived early to explore Bar Harbor. They seemed put out when asked if we could store our luggage. They told us we could not store it when we arrived. We ended up having to keep our luggage in the car when exploring the town. We returned to the property and a different staff member eventually made accommodations to hold our luggage (behind the counter) until our room was ready. This was the first property we had ever stayed in that did not accommodate luggage storage.

Great location for views over the Atlantic and for visiting Acadia NP. Great comfortable bed. Staff very friendly. Good breakfast and good food in the restaurant. Bathroom was a little on the small side. Disappointing that the indoor pool was being renovated during our stay and that the outdoor pool had lots of children dive bombing in the pool and using the hot tub even though signs up stating this was not permitted!

Loved everything about our 3 night stay. Our room was spacious and clean, and we loved our view from the balcony. All of the staff went out of their way to be friendly and helpful. The breakfast buffet was incredible - would come back again just for that!
