Super friendly staff. They lent us snowshoes and poles to go hiking in the snow. They were accessible via text if we needed assistance. You can buy your Acadia passes from them. Their breakfast was great - you can order custom requests. And we enjoyed dinner at their Bistro also. Saw some families loving the indoor pool. The exercise room is fairly basic, but if you are there, you should be exercising outdoors anyway.

The room was wonderful.The view was spectacular. The staff was incredibly friendly and accomodating. The food at the restaurant was delicious. On top of everything else it was a bargain. I have paid much more at other places and gotten much, much less. This trip was for my wife's birthday and we couldn't have been more pleased. It's hard to single out any one thing, it was all top notch, but special kudos to Erica and the staff at breakfast on both mornings. We will undoubtedly return.

What a beautiful hotel!! We enjoyed our views from our balcony and enjoyed the Bistro dinner the first night. Breakfast, which was included with our rate, was delicious and the staff at the restaurant were amazing. The ocean view was amazing, and the service was excellent. The experience truly deserves five stars overall. The only area that could use improvement was the breakfast, which felt more premade than freshly prepared. A simply prepared breakfast buffet would have been a better option in my opinion, but this did not take away from an otherwise outstanding stay.
