We stayed for 4 nights. Advertises cookies at check in. There were never cookies, which is not the reason we would not stay there again. Shower had moldy tile and hair in the tub. We requested room service and never received it. The restaurant is closed Monday's and Tuesday's. On those mornings they have a grab-n-go breakfast. On Tuesday, there wasn’t anything available. When I asked I was told the person who sets it up was on vacation. I came down to the lobby 30 minutes later and breakfast was set up. The water for tea was lukewarm.

The place is old and is not as nice as the photos on their website. It smells funky. The curtains, if you can call them curtains, were literally torn to shreds. The bathroom towel rack was rusted and the rust got on the towels. The back elevator was not working well. When you press for level 5 it takes you to level 6 then doesn’t move. We ended up using the stairs for fear of getting stuck. It is not worth the money. Worst place I’ve ever stayed at.

Pleasant Stay Despite Looks

Front desk guest service was friendly, easy, and reliable. The room was more spacious than I anticipated, although the bathroom was as small as you’d expect. They only have bars of soap for the bathroom. I did a quick trip so I thought it was better than expected. There are noticeable areas that need to be refurbished (like torn curtains) but for a night’s stay it was serviceable.
