Great location and ambiance, fast check in/out and valet service.

The hotel is in a great location for walking around. The room was nice and clean. The design was odd - there was a safe, a nice refrigerator with a coffee maker above and iron in an open closet area but no outlets to plug either in. We had bad creamers in the coffee station. But overall nice but pricey for what you get.

I was unhappily surprised by several things. There are some general expectations you have when you go to an expensive hotel; a pool and complimentary breakfast. They don't have either. I'm sure it's technically somewhere in their site, but if they are going against standard expectations, it should be crystal clear. Also, I didn't know that parking was $30 a night. We rented a car because we needed to drive to see family, but it would've been so expensive that it wasn't worth it. It may be also good to note that if you're expecting a view of the water, there isn't one. Also, while the rooms are stunning, there only two drawers for undergarments, so if you bring a lot of clothes, and storage space is important to you, then you'll be disappointed. On a positive note the place is beautiful. The people are extremely friendly. The bathroom has plenty of space for toiletries, the shower is luxurious. Free internet. Instead of an alarm clock (which I hate bc I'm always woken up by a residual alarm the from the previous guest) they have internet options on the tv like Pandora.

Great location, excellent staff, shuttle to take you anywhere you want downtown. Wish there was a pool.

Lovely hotel and location! Excellent customer service and we thoroughly enjoyed having cocktails prior to dinner. Brian was a great server for us- thank you so much!

It’s a nice hotel when you have an emergency and need to stay close to everything. It was nice that they had a shuttle bus to go from the hotel to the city.

Loved the location! The staff was wonderful and the hotel was beautiful!

The room was large, clean, nice beds and a great shower. TV was large with good reception. Good shuttle service provided to transportation and into downtown area. There was a large window and we were charged extra for a view of the water, which I thought was unfair. We had a view of a parking lot. Continental breakfast was good, but expensive, and the only cheaper option wasn't good. We watched utube using my phone account and was unexpectedly charged $9.00 for that.

Only six months old so no complaints about the brand new place. Staff was friendly and everything was sparkling clean. The bartenders seemed a little understaffed for a Friday night, but did a bang-up job. Took the hotel shuttle to the Amtrak. Very friendly shuttle driver!

Very nice hotel with ultra modern and clean rooms close to waterfront and historic Portland.

New, modern hotel. Good location in walking distance to waterfront, and downtown area.

Fabulous location across from Cat ferry . Great car service to and from Portland airport. Front desk very accommodating.

We just had one night in Portland and it was the perfect spot to be in the old port district and walk around. Thank you

the hotel was very comfortable and convenient for walking to any of the shopping or restaurants in the downtown area. The staff was extremely helpful, friendly and accommodating. They made sure you were comfortable and were willing to recommend places to see or eat it during our stay.
