Best stay in Old port yet. Perfect location, valeted by car then didn’t need it again. Everything is walking distance. Pool, clean lobby with nice bar and restaurant and a true continental breakfast with real food not the grab and go backs I’ve seen a lot lately.

Great spot for shopping . Parking was a scam. Another $40.00 for less than a 24 hr stay.

Easy walking fir shopping and restaurants.

Location.

The room was $700 a night and appeared to have not been cleaned in weeks. There was a case of beer and a sticky bag in the closet, mold covering the shower curtain, beer spilled on the wall and god knows what type of crumbs all over the couch. The hotel staff didn’t seem to care - just a “sorry” and “we’ll send someone up”. Checkin was bad as not only is the drop off area tiny but guests and hotel cars take up all the space so you cannot park to drop off (the hotel should be enforcing this). Additionally, the computers went down when I checked in so I had to wait 20mins checkin only to be asked to come back for the parking pass. The area outside the property was also disgusting, trash everywhere along with homeless people. Do yourself a favor and stay somewhere else.

Good restaurants in the area. Good location, easy access to main roads and highways. It may be a little expensive for a 3-star hotel but you're in trendy, good area. It was also nice to have breakfast options each morning and coffee 24/7 - a huge plus for me.

Excellent staff, very good customer service.

The hotel facility itself is nice, but no food services, even in the area, is more than a bit disappointing. Also, no hotel-related parking is a problem, and at over $200.00 a night, the least that could be provided is a valet, so you don't have to personally 1. check-in; 2. unload your luggage; 3. take you luggage up to your suite, 4. come back downstairs to move your car; 5. move your car and have to park in a facility with no elevator service and under construction; 6. walk back to the the hotel in the rain....and at a fee of $30.00...expensive for a hotel guest under ANY circumstance. Then, check-out is the same VERY inconvenient routine, take you luggage downstairs, leave it unattended, walk to get the car four floors up in an unfinished garage, drive back to the hotel and load your luggage personally. VERY annoying and disappointing particularly when one of the hotel's features is "concierge service". Concierge? there isn't even a luggage clerk nor a vehicle valet, let alone a concierge, and the front desk person, though pleasant, was totally unknowledgeable about the area. And it's not like the hotel was empty...it was supposedly fully booked, but didn't even have the staffing to provide a replacement blanket or drinking glasses because the blanket had visible dried blood on it and the drinking glasses were covered with lipstick prints...in a 7th floor "suite" that was really just a standard room with a balcony. Altogether disappointing.

The hotel is generally nice. The staff was accommodating in getting us adjoining rooms, which we needed with 2 babies. The breakfast was great! Many delicious options for grab and go. However, my shower was dingy. Not dirty, but also not cleaned well. The pool, which was a huge determining factor in selecting this hotel was not clean. And we had to make several trips to bring our bags up because there was only one bellhop cart and it was nowhere to be found.

Sound proof windows!!! Easy access elevators. Great breakfast! A bit expensive.

It’s nice I am writing this to meet minimum character requirements

Amazing place to stay if you are looking to be staying in the city and so close to highroller, $3 Dewey’s, and the wine and cigar shop.

Excellent staff good location.ameneties very good, willl stay again

The room and view were great as were staff. I didn't like the fact that my room wasnt cleaned and I had to ask for towels, especially since I paid an extra $75 fee for pet cleaning (she doesnt bark or shed).

The hotel was very clean and the staff extremely friendly.

Hello Scott,Thank you for your recent stay with us here in Portland, I'm glad to hear you've enjoyed our fantastic location here in the heart of the Old Port, though we are sorry to hear of any concerns regarding parking. Valet service is offered by the hotel for the 40/night, though there are a number of parking garages in the area if any guests do wish to self-park. I will mention that the local parking garages will be in the range of 45/night and for guests of the hotel Valet will generally be the cheaper option.Thankyou for taking the time to share your experience, and we hope to have a better opportunity to welcome you again.
