The Bar Harbor Grand Hotel is located in the perfect spot for visiting the shops in town, restaurants, and Acadia National Park! Except for the park, everything is in walking distance, including the Walking Path along the water. The staff thinks of lots of details, including a booklet of what to do on a rainy day, which was the day we checked out. They were very helpful and kind, tending to all our various needs with a smile. Bar Harbor Grand Hotel Was a great place for our four night stay and we’ll be back.

LOVE this gorgeous hotel!

Beautiful, clean, fantastic front desk service. Flavored water and amazing cookies available in lobby all day! Room was super comfortable and spotlessly clean. Conveniently located right in the middle of Main Street shops. Wish we could stay here for a week, LOVE this place!

No ocean view from our room. Breakfast was good with gluten free options and vegan options. Room nice but towels were threadbare in a few of them. It was a bit of a walk all the way down to the small harbor. Good shopping along the way. Took a Acadia and Cadillac Mountain tour that was great.
