The room was clean and well stocked of coffee for the morning. Great view from our room's deck. The breakfast was a good continental breakfast. The usual bagels, muffins, cereal, and waffle station. The guy at checking was so super friendly and gave us a great suggestion to go to the Lobster Festival in Rockland.

The room was clean and had a great view of the ocean. The exterior of building was not as well maintained as it could be. The location was very convenient to the town of Rockland which is what we wanted. And the town of Rockland’s Lobster Festival was outstanding!

Advertising misleading that all rooms have view of ocean. Mine and several others only have small window facing street. Room was clean and fresh though very basic. Breakfast only had cereal, waffles, bagels, bananas and apples. No protein (eggs, sausage, yogurt). Nice view from dining area.

The property is well run, well maintained and reasonably priced. I have stayed at the property several times. The road noise can be a lot at times. The other challenge is the room furniture. The chairs are on the smaller side and uncomfortable for more than a few minutes of sitting if you are on the bigger side.

It was great to have a balcony overlooking the Bay. A nice treat! Breakfast is poor. 2% milk-no other option. OJ was like water, small muffins were decent but coffee was exceptionally weak. Keurig in room was the better option but only two packs of it. Room was clean, towels were abundant, only 1/2 roll of tp/no extra roll!
