Beautiful gardens, property location, spacious rooms with a great view and helpful and friendly staff
The location is beautiful and all rooms have an ocean view. The heated pool and walking beach at low tide are a plus. We stayed there at the end of a longer vacation and it was nice to relax. Very quick drive to Camden for nice exquisite dining.

It is one of the best places that we have ever stayed at. It is very clean and we'll kept. The people are very friendly. The pool is warm even when it's cool outside. There is a nice place to sit outside by the ocean.
the hotel is not good for family esp the family with kid. i’m not recommend this hotel if you have family vacation especially if you bring your kid with you 😡

We had a balcony and an amazing view of the ocean. Every room had a view.
This is the cutest Inn ever! The hotel, staff, location and landscaping was excellent. The rooms were very unique and adorable. They have coffee waiting for you in the morning and are always suggesting amazing places to eat and visit. The scenery was amazing and so relaxing to sit with a glass of wine down by the water. I would recommend this to anyone traveling to Rockport.
I wish they would service a light breakfast as there is nothing close by

The room was booked for TWO people and they showed up with 3 to 4 kids in every room. They were at the pool screaming and disturbing all the hotel guests at the hotel. We asked them 3 times before 9am to keep the noise down and they simply ignored. They also fail to follow covid19 rules which requires us to keep track who is in every room and they never stated there was more then two people in the room. Very unfair to the rest of the guests at the hotel. We had to notify the State of Maine HHS this morning.
