An amazing stay at Acadia Yurts. The yurt was comfortable and the property was quiet and in a perfect location for enjoying the park. We’d definitely stay here again.

Our first time in a yurt and we loved it! The property is so well maintained and we had all the essentials we needed. It's an added bonus to have the wellness center on site and be able to book a "float", sauna or yoga class. We had so much fun exploring the area and coming back to the yurt to enjoy dinner on the grill or stove and relax outdoors. We plan to return! (Check in was simple, communication excellent, wi-fi worked great and kitchen was simple and had what was needed.)

We absolutely loved our time in the Dorr Mountain yurt. Incredibly spacious, stocked with all cooking needs, and thoughtful touches making the space super cozy. Highly recommend!

Great getaway spot in close proximity to Acadia NP!

The Dorr Mountain yurt was the perfect getaway spot that was close to Acadia National Park. The yurt was well stocked with easy access to additional items such as onsite laundry. The yurt was clean and comfortable for our family of four. Communication from the owner was great.

Amazing stay - highly recommend!

This was a perfect landing spot for our family’s first vacation with our 7-week-old. We were able to easily access Acadia National Park and the nearby downtown of Southwest Harbor was adorable. The yurt was clean, comfortable, and had everything you could dream of needing for a vacation stay. We even utilized the lobster pot one evening to steam our own fresh lobster thanks to great recommendation from the owners Aaron and Karen. A perfect stay!!

Magical home base for Acadia

We had the loveliest time staying in our yurt. The kids said it was the coolest place they have ever stayed. Such a magical vibe. So peaceful. Incredible sky views. It was a perfect home base for exploring Acadia and bar harbor!

10/10 would recommend any day, any time. What a gem of a place to stay. Clean, comfortable, well equipped, great quiet location... the list goes on. Fantastic 'base camp' from which to partake in all that MDI has to offer.
