Pro's: Beds were comfy and clean. Shower pressure and head were great. Room is well equipt for family space and needs (mic/frig/x2 queen pull out). We slept well. Cons: Major updates are needed to facility. Floor in room - stains all over, looked filthy so much staining. Walls - chipped paint, smeared idk dirt? on various places, outside wall to roon wall - paint actually looked melted and seam for this important location is separated. Single Bathroom mirror light had three bulbs flickering. Repainted tub paint coming off at drain (ew!). Under kitchenette sink was molded warped and unusable space. Damprid hanging in closet (bag was full!) And whole place smelled of super strong purple Fabuloso - which would be welcome if it wasnt so strong to mask other odors. Breakfast was a bunch bread choices and powdered eggs with sausage. Worst thing = room AND lobby coffee were the worst I've ever tasted and i've had some really bad coffee. HORRIBLE Yuk. BYOC!! Oh and the rotten lemon water. Don't drink that!!

Solid, clean, comfortable hotel right off route 95.

The first room they put us in smelled like mold, in which they said was because we were by the pool (funny because the pool is empty/has no water). You could see the mold behind where they painted and in the air conditioner unit. The second room had hair all over the beds and also smelled awful. The walls were peeling up. Over all it felt very nasty to sleep in, not to mention the fact that the room cost TWO HUNDRED dollars for those conditions. Staff was very nice, over all hospitality was great, but id take rude staff and cleanliness over nice and nasty any day. Sorry to say we would not come back.

There was trash in our room from a previous tenant, one of the charging ports by the bed didn’t work and the pool was closed. Also, it was not a pull out sofa bed, it was a love seat size and they didn’t have any blankets for it.

Terrible service ! They ended breakfast an hour early with no notice and didn’t care ! Smell was terrible . just an awful experience!

This was a one night stop on our way to Florida. For that, it was perfectly acceptable. Common areas, except for elevator hallways, were all clean and well kept. Elevators and adjacent hallways were all clean and in working order, they just looked like they haven't been refurbed/refreshed in 10-15 years. Room was clean, spacious, and quiet. Staff were all friendly. Only issue was that, despite calling to advise of a late check-in (10pm), no one was at the desk when I arrived. There was a note saying they would be right back but it was not time stamped. I waited approx. 10 minutes, which was my max with a cranky toddler. I finally called the front desk, which went unanswered, but I believe they could hear the ring and that summoned them to the front, where they apologized and immediately checked us in. Small hiccup in an otherwise good night.

The staff was very friendly. However the hallways smelled very smoky (inside our room was fine). The internet did not work for upper floors for the the entire duration of our 2-day stay. Window hangings in our room almost came off the wall. Overall, I will not choose to stay in this hotel again.

No problem

Comfort Suites apparently knowingly rents out rooms without Wifi & Internet and apparently has no plans to address the issue.

Updated rooms. Breakfast was wonderful. Was asked to check in online before arrival due to mask mandate. Still had to check in at front desk. Some staff not wearing masks.

Staff was very friendly

Good experience

The road leading up to the property needs repair. Very tough on a car.

The facility was filthy which is a concern with active COVID happening. Front desk moved us to a new room after showing them nail clippings & food on floor. They were apologetic. Also bathroom floor was filthy. Showed the wipe I used to clean it. It was black on a white cloth.

The road the location is on is in very poor conditions with major pot holes, the elevator was very moldy smelling with trash, the bathroom had mold all the way around the tub and room smelled very moldy! I had to spray perfume throughout the room to get rid of the smell and it only helped some. Location to downtown was great but all the restaurants around the hotel closed at 3pm due to being short staffed so we had to make sure we stopped at the exit before ours for accommodations. It was a little hectic for sure.

We stayed two nights first the beds cover were wrinkled then the next morning the water was off and they didn’t know how long it would be off. They said the whole block was off due to a water main break. I was ready to leave at this point

So basically when we arrived at 5pm, Mary at the front told us they had no room available because of limited housekeeping. Then we told her checkout was at 11am and 3pm was checking, they had more than enough time especially because we arrived at 5pm! I even did a prechecked text and said my estimated time of arrival was 3:00pm, so that they’ll know when to expect us! If they didn’t have room available by 3pm then they could’ve been more courteous enough to text or call us to say they did not have a room ready yet and they will give us a call when there’s one available instead of getting there and having to explain our point of view about the situation and to have Mary be rude to us and wait with 3 tired children. And the nerve to tell us the room only fits 5people and we have 3 adults 3 kids! When I booked I put 3 children and 3 adults and that room popped up because it has two queen beds and a sofa! The kids are tiny so we had more than enough room Mary! But anyways few minutes of having to argue with Mary about our reservations, she called me up saying there was a room available now! We asked for two extra towels and she gave us Hell about those two towels before handing it to us. There was four clean towels in the room so we needed that extra two towels to make it six total! We get in our room and the floor infront of the refrigerator was wet, we were okay with it because it was some what damped but few hours later it was soaking wet. Housekeepers were nice though!

Thank you for taking the time to fill out our survey we appreciate your feedback. I do apologize that you had a terrible stay at our hotel. We are in the process of remodeling the entire hotel. Whenever we took this hotel over a year ago it was in worse condition than we thought. We are working very hard to get everything done in a timely manner.
