Our journey home brought us here. This motel is clean and very friendly. We were able to get a suite with 2 queens and a twin bed that were very comfortable and fresh. With 5 kids it was a blessing to have 2 TVs a refrigerator and microwave. The bathroom is small but newly remodeled. The manager was American and extremely nice. Great location.....donuts, sweet rolls, oatmeal for breakfast but no where to sit. Great stay.

We booked two rooms and both door locks did not lock and the shower floor was missing tile and a drain cover. Sinks were missing the stopper. We changed rooms. The next rooms bed sheets were not changed (physical evidence) so we had them change the sheets. Window screens were missing so we had flys in the room. We tried to cool the room with the air conditioning but it smelled badly of pet urine. The AC unit was very dirty had not been professionally cleaned in years. We found two big dead spiders on the floor at the wall. The beds were comfortable and good flat screen TV. Our shower was small, about thirty inches square. The front desk staff were friendly and very helpful when we asked for help, but they can't do it all. Housekeeping needs to do a better cleaning. The hotel owners need to make the needed repairs to their property. I would not stay here again.

Rooms are over priced for what you get! I stay at motels all over Illinois from March until November and most motels that are let's say on this condition are $50 per not are less. I stayed in this motel for two months in the spring and was paying close to $50 per night than. Since than management has changed! To bad for them I'll be working close at the end of the year and won't go back there to stay!

This is the place to stay if in or near Pittsfield,Il. Dana and Josh make the experience fun and pleasurable. They are making upgrades to the motel and it was a great place to stay. The hospitality I received has been the best of any hotel I have ever stayed at before. They make you feel like you are the most important guest while staying there. So next time you're close, stop by and stay the night.

We were there for a baseball tournament and everyone we were with had a similar if not worse experience. The overall situation was unacceptable, from the moment we arrived there was tension, our group pretty much arrived around the same time (11 am) and we all asked to check in, we were all abrasively told that check in was not until 3 pm, reasons being housekeeping was not finished cleaning the rooms. After roaming around in the heat for almost 3 hours, we went back to ask to check in and we got huffs and puffs before allowing us into the rooms, this was at 2:50, upon signing the check-in sheet the bottom clearly states check-in is at 2:00. I get it, rules, policies, procedures.. We are explaining to you that we need to get the boys out of heat and sun to get them ready for a baseball game the least you can do is let one family check in so the kids can get out of the 100 degree heat but over and over we were told check-in is at 3:00 no earlier. The room I had reserved (due to the Inn being fully booked) was a 2 bedroom combo, it had 2 double beds and a twin bed. The 1 double bed and twin bed were in the main room and the 2nd double bed was in a room to itself, with no AC and no cable. Trying to stay, or sleep in that room was not possible if you closed the door. There was a tv in that second room but no direct tv service, so it was just decoration on the wall. I was told that the cable company needed to come out and run a line for that tv. Trying to connect to the Wi-Fi was not possible, I couldn't connect if my life depended on it. Really? C’mon now. I was told that I’m paying double the price of everyone else because the room is larger and for the demand… but the second room was not usable, it was almost 100 degrees outside and the room had no air conditioning, the only way you got any air in there was to keep the main door open. There were dead fly type creatures on the walls, and dead roaches in the bathroom, when I was checking out I was asked how everything was and I explained about the dead roaches, I was told, “I understand, it's bad due to the fact the doors are an open area concept”. So, let me shorten this up a bit... I paid double what everyone paid reason being: I have the extra space, but couldn’t watch the tv in there (no cable), couldn’t sleep in there (no air) had dead flies on the walls, and dead roaches in the bathroom. The worse experience I have had, and can't find a way to get my money back. Every time I try to call the customer service number they tell me I called the wrong number. Thankfully I had the inn booked for only one night but others on the team ALL left early was well, regardless of how many nights were originally booked.

This is a hotel i stay at just about every year at this time. This is the first time in a long time i enjoyed the stay. The staff was awesome it was quiet and relaxing. Thank you for an enjoyable stay.

The lady who assisted me in the front desk was very nice.I don't know her name. I just hope she knew more about rewards discount and travelers advantage card. The hotel is very affordable, however I think it is better to get a $100 hotel because of the bugs running around in the room during the night I stayed in here. First I saw a bug on a corner floor, as I laid down, i started itching and couple hours later I saw a bug running on the top of the blankets!! The room is okay, it looks clean until bugs are showing their moves. I could not wait on that night to be over and get out of the motel. Anyway don't even bother to wake up early for breakfast unless you need to head very early on where you going. Their breakfast is pretty much only coffee and danish bread.

The room was very clean, comfortable and reasonably priced. A very good value. The lady was very friendly and outgoing, made us feel like family. She went out of her way to make us feel welcome. At such a low price for the room, they still had coffee and rolls which was a nice surprise. They were doing a remodel during the time we were here but it didn't effect our stay. Would definitely stay here again.

Friendly service with nice clean rooms. They were in the middle of a big refurb so I'm not sure if our room was finished or not. The small shower didn't seem to have finished tiling nor did the bathroom floor. Unfortunately we didn't sleep well because it was a hot night but the air-con was too noisy to use. Lots of lamps & 2 fridges in the room. Excellent price if we had managed to sleep.

I was quite impressed with the kindness of the people as well as the quality of room! Room was very clean. Shower was nice and hot. And the lady at the front desk was very sweet. Overall one of the best motels Iv been to in my trucking career! Thanks guys!
