Multiple issues with this hotel. The only pro was the price and even that is too high for what we got. First - check in is at 3 pm and our room still wasn’t ready after we already had waited on line. So we couldn’t check in with our two small kids for another 30 minutes. Second - beds are very small - barely a full sized. Rooms are dated but the real issue - WATER STOPPED WORKING. Couldn’t shower or use the bathroom or kitchen. Happened across the hotel, just absurd.

Front desk was very rude when we checked in. As if she was there doing us a favor. Breakfast was old muffins and they ran out of coffee cups all 3 days we stayed. Very rude night staff. Morning staff was much better.

The room was dirty. Dirty mirror. Dirty walls. Given wet half cleaned dishes. Carpet obviously not vacuumed. Fingerprints all over headboard. Just obvious that room was not cleaned and only beds were made. Not enough towels. You could only get new ones when you brought down the dirty ones like there was even a towel big enough to be considered a bath towel in the first place. Disappointing. Staff were pretty nice though. I just wouldn’t spend $20 to stay there again. The first time that extended stay has ever failed me actually. Will probably go to another in another state, just never the Plymouth Meeting location again.
Worst room service, no proper hygiene and no service persons
This place is excellent for someone on the wheels. 1 min to highway. Microwave, stove top and fridge. They even have pots and plates if you request. I needed a quick reservation and didn't get to use all these but they could be very helpful. Shampoo and two soap bars, no conditioner or lotion. If you are like me packing own stuff all the time you'd be fine. Breakfast was just coffee and donuts. Again, not ample but good enough for someone who needs to get on the road fast. I liked it a lot, though the bathroom vanity could be a bit cleaner. Floor and tub were good. Bed was fine, too. Will sure stay again.

The rooms wasnt as clean as I expected. When we first arrived there wasnt any toilet paper at all in our room.
This property has roaches, the staff verbally stated they are aware of this issue & when I called requesting to speak to a manager they did not want to compensate me.
The bathroom sinks wouldn’t drain properly. Trash in the hallway.
Third floor as you walked out of the elevator there is a tripping hazard (the linoleum is curling up). Booked room with we queen size bed (it was a double). Told there was a grab and go breakfast (all it was is really bad coffee). Rooms looked tiref, ie. Inside of microwave is peeling and wrong plate on the inside, burners in kitchenette rusty. I am very disappointed. Will not stay at one in the future.
Smell, dirty, refrigerator wasn't cleaned out. just awful. Reception staff was apologetic and awesome. but my goodness I will never stay at an Extended Stay America again. Awful.
The site and room were dated. The check in was easy.
Location was good and very convenient. There were many men sitting around building smoking cigarettes. That did not make me feel safe. They looked homeless. Not sure. Watching everything and everyone. That was the first time I experienced that. I grew up in the neighborhood and always felt safe until then. Otherwise very good experience
The room had no towels. The room had no remote. The kitchen was dirty with food and had syrup drops on the stove. The carpet smelled of mildew. We went to breakfast at 9:25 and the entire area was completely empty. They said breakfast was over at 9am. However, we were originally told between 930am amd 10am. It is a very old hotel in desperate need of renovation and updating.
