they were not helpful at check in even though early check in had been arranged. Plumbing turned off without notification - no water in the rooms

Dust and cobwebs behind bathroom door. Otherwise clean. Staff polite and helpfull.

I did not like that the person who.checked me in did not ask ifI had dogs with me.

Property was well taken care of and room was clean and comfortable. Our only complain was the continental breakfast. The first day, there was no regular coffee. We waited for some to be made but it didn't make it out. The other two days we did have coffee and it was horrible tasting. The hot water to "cook" the oatmeal was barely even warm. It just seems like that area isn't cared for very well during the breakfast hours.

Ac leaked water on to the floor..Ac KLUNKED and made loud noises through the night I wasn't able to sleep. Condition of the room was poor

Decent hotel, close to where I was conducting business.

It was filthy. Shower covered with mold and toilet seat up when I entered with urine in it! Food crumbs and hair all over carpet and when they did clean a few days later, they only made the bed! I had no towels and carpet and shower had still not been cleaned. They let people use pool well late into night, well past 10pm pool closing and I had to keep calling and no help so I couldn’t sleep.

this place was not even close to nice. the beds were horribly uncomfortable (and twin size it seemed). The rooms were old and certainly not clean (mold and rust in bathroom). Apparently this hotel has been in the midst of remodel since 2016. would not let me cancel\upgrade unavailable. The cost for each night was ridiculous! We will never stay at this hotel again.

Although the hotel was decent, I do not believe it was worth the money. The maid service was very sloppy in that the bed looked like it had been quickly made with no attention to detail. They also only emptied out the trash cans and did not pick up any trash (empty wine bottles, etc.) from the desk or night tables. The bed was decently comfortable but the towels were very rough. So rough to the point that they would in a way exfoliate and remove dead skin... when all you really wanted was to dry off. Although it is an outdoor hotel, we had one pertinent issue of a very large bug being in our bed. The way that the bug entered our room was probably when the maid service propped our door open to clean our room, which in an outdoor hotel you really showed close the door. The woman at the front desk did not seem to care.

no problems, stay here about every 3 months and have never been disappointed except when school groups are present in breakfast area, wonderful location

We do apologize for any inconvenience this may have caused you . Early check ins are a request and can only be granted if the room is ready and available for the time frame it was requested for by guest. Unfortunately we were not given any notification about the water that day either. We do apologize we were unable to notify the guests properly .
