The staff at the front desk that checked us in, was very helpful and polite. My room was ok. My family and I had the two bedroom suite with a kitchen. The ice maker didn't work. There was only 4 towels in the room for 2 adults and 2 children for a weeks stay. There wasn't a lot of pots and pans, or casserole dishes, no sheet pans.. so if you plan to cook, you will need to bring/buy what you will need. There wasn't a stopper for the drain in the kitchen. The dishwasher leaked water. The rooms needed some updates. The pool nor jacuzzi was open. The outdoor grill did not work. Only one side of the parking lot was lit up at night. The breakfast unfortunately was also terrible. The eggs didn't seem to be real eggs. Over all I give the hotel a 2/3 star rating, but that is based only because of the front desk staff. They were wonderful. I would not stay here again.
