The room has an open airy feeling, with vaulted ceilings and floor-to-ceiling windows (with electric blinds) that bring in the natural light and surrounding mountain views.

Kitchen: The gourmet kitchen space is a dream and features high-end stainless steel appliances, including a Wolf six-burner gas range with a convection oven and a Sub-Zero refrigerator. There are lovely quartz counters, including a center island with seating for three.

Dining Area: Seating for up to eight guests at the unique custom wood plank table and comfortable cushion chairs. Out on the adjacent private deck, you'll find a gas BBQ and a conversation fire table.

Family room (first level): On the lower level, you'll find the family room, which is a terrific gathering spot. The room offers a sectional sofa with ottomans, 85” Smart TV with a Sonos Soundbar, and access to a private patio (private hot tub coming soon!).

Ski Room: Located on the first level as you enter the townhome, is the ski/mud room to store all your equipment. And you can step right out of this room into ski-in/out access right from the patio!
