The cleanliness of the bathrooms was not entirely satisfactory. There was some hair observed around the toilet area that appeared to have been overlooked during cleaning. The interior of the toilet bowl suggested it had not been cleaned in some time, with dark residue visible around the rim. Additionally, the floors did not appear to have been swept. Overall, the cleanliness of the premises was a concern. It seems that the cleaning services provided for the condominiums may not be meeting expected standards, which is quite evident. I would have gladly provided photographic evidence if there were an option to upload images.

The room was excellent the communication with the renter was excellent. We were not happy with the customer service from the guard and the front desk. Very rude and not helpful. Our badges would not scan and not fixed. We asked in person and called them all they told us was if we got locked out at the beach he would send someone to let us in. That gives you no freedom to enjoy coming in the gates when we had plans to enjoy our Saturday. The elevators had two not working.

Property beautiful pools enjoyable. Unit 1226 - not very clean, mattresses old and worn out! Couch in the living dirty and SOOO USED. Cannot sit properly on them. Coffee table was not even wiped off. Glitter and streamers from previous occupants still visual. Horrible horrible unit- we left a day early!

Location is good by the front of beach. But room was poor because of dirty, not cleaned up , amenities was poor and dirty, kitchen was dirty, poor and old for using, towels were yellow, old and not clean….

The condo was in a good location could see ocean and walk right out to pool. The condo needs updating, looks old and deco not very appealing. There is a water problem we never got more than lukewarm water in the showers. We have stayed at several other units over the years and usually owners have stocked the units nicely with pots and dishes and xtra supplies which this unit lacked.

When we arrived to our condo housekeeping was laying on one of the beds watching tv None of the condo had been cleaned and he had the nerve to tell us to come back in 40 minutes after he got up off the bed

Beautiful property, the condo had items under the bed and behind the dressers from the previous guest. Upon leaving I pulled all of the linen and one of the beds had a huge blood stain on the mattress. The fire alarm went off and no one notified the guest of a false alarm until we took the stairs from 16 floors down, and ran across security. Amongst that it's in a great location. Some upgrades should be made.

The location was nice, close to a few popular restaurants. The room itself just felt dirty, smelt like mildew & the mattress was sunk in several areas. The linens looked old & very used. And the Elevators!!OMG…,the elevators were a nightmare.

Enjoyed our stay, but may not return

I really did like our stay here, but I wouldn't make it a regular vacation spot. The check in process was a little confusing and not a traditional check in. We were kind of expected to know where we were going and what we were doing based on texted instructions. Some of the staff were helpful others were not. We LOVED our room and had a first floor room that opened to the pool then a really easy walk to the beach. It was crowded in the pool area and the beach. We moved down on the beach and it was better. We swam at 8 am when the pool opened and had it practically to ourselves. So you kinda have to find your way and make it work for you. The one issue I had is that some of the pool rules were strict, but not constantly enforced. We were told we couldn't play with a volleyball in the pool but later saw a big group playing with them. There was the morning security guard who seemed to be looking for something to tell us we couldn't do. I don't mind rules, and me and my family do comply but I get upset when they are not constantly enforced. The bar was great and decent prices and the pool/view was beautiful!!! The ladies in the coffee shop were so amazing and even gave my son some free ice cream on his last day. So in summary, it's a nice place to stay, but I'm not sure if I'd go back again.

Very old and outdated, Saturday pool was closed all day, until the night, appliance broke, dishes where not clean, carpet, disgusting and smell very bad, had to keep shoes on the children,One of the bedrooms lights wouldn't come on., the next one boxspring was broke, couldn't get anyone one the phone, either days This was the worst place I have ever stayed.Car garage was horrible. Washing machine was broke, and wouldn't open, and left the towels wet dripping water

Never again.

This is our 2nd time staying there the first one was great but the 2nd one was not so great there were 2 TV’s and neither one worked then the bunk beds mattress were thin and painful so was the sofa bed and the elevators took for ever to get to our floor then when it finally opened it was full you had to wait and parking I have no words. Would we stay there again NO.
