Calypso 2206 is a DIrect Gulf front penthouse level 3br 2ba with the best views in NW Florida.

If you want to come to Calypso, at the best quality unit at the best price.. YOU HAVE FOUND IT.

Both the living area AND the King Bed Master Bedroom have access to the gulf front balcony.

The second bedroom has a queen bed and the third bedroom has twin bunks and a queen sleeper sofa in the Den give you easy sleeping for 8.

This luxury unit is directly on the beach front and in the best location on the beach.

2206 east offers great views of the crystal white sands, the surf, sunsets, coastline, and pier.

When you come off the beach, walk across the street to pier park where you will find 1MM sq feet of retail, fun, and entertainment. Dozens of restaurants, great shopping, movie theaters, concerts, skywheel, amusement park and everything fun you want at the beach.

Fully stocked kitchen, and all of the sheets, bath towels, etc are included.

Beach Service runs Mid March to end of October

RATE NOTE: 7 Night stays required in Peak summer season (June and July) Sat to Sat or Sun to Sun.

Parking: Parking is handled through the Calypso resort and as of Feb 10, 2024 the parking cost is $50 per car per stay, with second car being $100.

Great Condo for younger crowd
The condo was really nice and as advertised. One big Pro/Con is its proximity to Pier Park. Easy walk to shops and food but this is also a HUGE cruising area so loud cars and music and traffic are an all day thing. Also since it is such a large condo unit there are a ton of people on the beach right in front of the condo. Chair rental guys were super nice and helpful. Overall it’s a great condo. In the future we might look for something a little more low key as it is more our style.

Great vacation
Overall, a very good experience. The location is PERFECT and the view is AMAZING. You are walking distance to everywhere which is nice. The unit furniture is dated and definitely needs some upgrades especially master bed. The Wi-Fi is really non existent. We could not stream anything or watch anything. That honestly was the only frustration especially when we wanted to do a movie night but other than that it was excellent.

Disfrutamos mucho nuestra estancia en este condominium, la vista era spectacular. Tuvimos un pequeño percanse con la regadera y focos pero ellos fueron super rapidos en arreglar lo que necesitabamos, los elevadores se tardan mucho pero pues es algo que no podemos controlar, me hubiese gustado que la limpieza estuviera al 100% en nuestro cuarto ya que es algo super importante, pero eso no fue impedimento para no estar agusto. Espero regresar a este lugar muy pronto.

It was just average
The balcony view is what we ultimately loved. We could look out and see stingrays everyday swimming in the ocean. We also saw dolphins on a few occasions. The location was very close to shopping and restaurants. It did cause some traffic issues. The property was just ok, very average. The Internet had issues with times of no connectivity. Overall it was fine.

Best Looking Beach Condo
I have been to several beachfront condos and this one was truly decorated with warmth and style. Warm color walls, comfortable furniture and the best mattresses for a rental. My friends and I really felt comfortable and wanted to be in the space. Appliances excellent, service excellent, decor excellent. Location was the best! One block from Pier Park. I will look for this particular condo again for future stay. Don't change a thing. Thanks so much.
