. this travel was very important for me because is my first time visiting Deltona and for my family members. im telling you guys this so you understand the reason about my complainy. i regret extremely coming to this hotel this was the worse experience in my life . whatever you see in pictures is totally not the same as the pictures they have on the websites (fake photo shoot ) i rent 2 rooms.rooms are super in bad condition not for been rented.this rooms needs to be demolished thats how bad they are old beds , Rouches , mold bath tub , dirty stove & oven , dirty fridge , the tiles from the bathroom are disgusting it looks like they never had scrub them.i did my check in super late around 12:20 am on the 11/11/2017 my family and i was too tyerd that i decide not to do leave the hotel or gave a complain but i sure i would leave at that time if i would by my self.next day we wake up i did not want it to go to eat brake fast eather reason why it there was Rouches at my room probable everything was gonna be full of them. and for let everything in peace i did not complain ether i leave it like that and we left and came back later around 3pm.i said may be they clean a little bit more the room lets see and asoon i open the door OMG.they did not brume my room they did not put a new toilet paper and whatever i thought they was gonna clean like the stove.they did not clean it at all.i decide to go to the lobby to speak with manager and the same way rooms are dirty same thing the

Had house cleaning to steal a pair of shoes while we we out , after we talk to hotel staff it was apparent they could care less and wasn't going to do anything , the hotel had a lot of homeless locals staying there , loud partying all the time , not a place for a family the sales as stated buffet breakfast but they only had a coffee juice and toast not a bufffet breakfast not even close

Walked into room 311 with balcony. Was shocked by the condition. The chair had a bunch of holes in it. A strong URINE smell came from the chair. Everything in the room was old & beyond replacement. Talked to the manager and was told room 311 & 411 both needed a major overhaul. He was not surprised by my complaints. I was given another room which was OK. But again, everything was dated. I paid top dollar & expected a whole lot better. The only plus was the balcony & view. The room was clean. Would NOT come back.

This hotel is great,clean, and a great view of the ocean

First, when Orbitz says has a view, don't assume it is ocean view. The staff said we had booked a non-ocean view room but was willing to upgrade at a fee till the manager ok'd it without an additional charge. The bed headboard lights were non-functional from a frayed wire and the air conditioner unit stopped working in the morning with an E1 display. The beds and towels were great. If it were not for the pleasantness of the staff, the hotel would have scored a 1 star. I hope they work on upgrading the hotel.

They have let the place go, it's a decent place to stay and room was clean but the place like many others in the Daytona area are getting run down.

I would not recommend this hotel for families vacation at all.

The room was clean. Nice view of ocean. Building in horrible condition. Visibly decaying, with holes in exterior. Elevator just plain scary. Towels were old and stained. Room was not sealed at all. Wind howled through doors all night. Parking cramped. Continental breakfast not good.

We chose the king beach view room. These rooms are located at the south end of the property and are only 2 story buildings. We chose second floor which had an amazing view!!! We have stayed here twice in the past, we stayed in the bigger building with a city view, this room just ok. The second time was in the 2 story ocean view room which was great. Wifi was kind of spotty. 10am checkout kinda sucks. They gave until 11am which was good, they will let you checkout even later but there are additional charges. The pool and beach area were amazing!!! We will be returning soon!!!

Jacuzzi wasn't working. The couch in our room was bulky and the cushions kept sliding off. Bulky furniture, no place to put our luggage. Paint was peeling on the outside of the building and flapping in the wind. The continental breakfast was very poor. The staff was very helpful and welcoming.

Hotel location was perfect right off the beach beautiful Oceanview but the Hotel could use some major renovations and updates staff also could use some training in customer service also room service did not come to the room to change the towels or the sheets and we had to personally walk down to the front desk and give them are dirty towels in order to get clean ones

Very close to everything. Pet friendly. Nice staff

Great location, friendly staff but there were some cleanliness issues that should be addressed on a daily basis. For example, terrible eye sore of huge paint peeling spots in and all over the building, dusty, rust stains on every air unit, moldy spots behind the toilet and in the tile, chipped paint and sheet rock spots everywhere, and the worst thing was the pool. It was green and extremely foggy. You could actually see little unknown particles all in the water. Was pretty disturbing.

The Hotel was great.The breakfast was great.The location was perfect!! I will definitely be going back to the same hotel! !!

Booked an Oceanview & King Bed. Was told No Kings, & room on end-side of bldg., my view was outside & around bldg.Was told basically Take it or leave it...Room was filthy bug/roach feces every where, floor slimy, old, & reeked of a strong chemical smell (bug spray?) Sad, 'cause it was our 29th wedding anniversary ....

We are sorry your stay was not what you expected. From what we have read it is also not what we would want our guest to experience either. We are sorry for the condition of the rooms. Regardless of where you stay in the future: if you are not happy with a room you can always check out the next day by checkout time and receive a refund for the remainder of the stay that was unused. If you wait until the middle of the day (after housekeeping has already left) to log a complaint not much can be done regardless of the property of choice.

Thank you for your recent stay with our property. We are sorry the other hotel guest were not appealing to your liking. Since hurricane Irma lots of different groups of guest are misplaced and needing a safe place to stay which we are happy to offer. If any guest was bothering you did you report them to the front desk during your stay?? The continental breakfast offers are wide variety of foods from 7am to 10am daily. We have everything from you basic continental breakfast to also having fresh waffles and biscuits and gravy on the menu. Was it possible you came after breakfast hours were over? We would appreciate a phone call to discuss your issues that you encountered with your stay and management is available from 9am to 5pm Monday through Friday when you are ready.
