This extra-large end unit (1,446 sq ft) has been fully renovated and professionally styled with upscale furnishings and modern amenities. Unlike typical 2-bedroom layouts, this unit boasts more space, more windows, and far more natural light—providing an elevated vacation experience.

Parking is managed through Calypso Resort. As of February 2024, the cost is $60 per vehicle per stay. One-time purchase per stay. Subject to change per HOA policy.

Great Condo!!!

Condo was great - clean/tastefully decorated; well-stocked w/kitchen tools, towels, & beach wagon & chairs. Bldg & parking deck access wonderful. Only issue - so many beach tents in front of rental beach chairs, it was super difficult to see ocean. Not a great view from the sand. The balcony was great though!

Slice of paradise

This property was gorgeous. It is literally right on the beach and the view is spectacular. We had a small hiccup of checking in, however Mitch got back to us quickly and it was smooth sailing from there. Shopping , restaurants and things to do are all within walking distance. Wal-mart is close so we could shop for what we needed for the condo as well. The condo smelled good and was comfy! We had a blast and cannot wait to return!

Nice Location

We chose this location because we did not rent a car. A lot of restaurants with in walking distance. We did rent an over priced golf cart for a couple of days to get to some locations we wanted to see outside of walking distance. You can get parking to use for the golf cart so that was a plus. Owner was easy to work with. Had a little hiccup in first getting access. Owner responded promptly, and saved the wife from going into Karen mode😂. Overall nice condo with great views.

Clean and Roomy

I read a lot of reviews about condos in this complex and they all had concerns about cleanliness. I am a very clean person and picky about where I stay. I was so happy when we walked in this condo. It was clean and well decorated. The owners had a couple of beach chairs and a wagon in the complex for use. The patio furniture was very comfy as well. The only negative I can think of is the couches were not that comfy but I think it was because they were sleeper sofas. I would definitely stay here again. Oh, I almost forgot the location is spot on if you have teenagers. They could walk to Pier Park.
