Location was excellent! Could walk to pier park, restaurants, and convenience store. Grocery store was a 5 min drive. Parking was adequate and felt safe. The beach access was perfect, the pools were clean, and the view from the 11th floor was amazing. The condo was fairly clean, we noticed the floors were pretty dirty and you would not want to walk barefoot through the unit. The only real complaint is the elevators! What a process checking in is. The line to access the elevators was very long around 5pm. The elevators are slow and the 4 elevators serving the entire building were in use non-stop. To go anywhere add an extra 15-20 minutes to your plans just for elevator duty. Finding a luggage cart was a nitemare as well.

Girls weekend

We came down for a girls weekend and to celebrate my sisters birthday. It was about midnight when we got there, we didn’t have any problems, they had already sent me the codes I needed and our parking permits were in the room. The next morning went and checked in and had a wonderful weekend!! We stayed in 1106 and it is a beautiful room!! Loved it!!
