This charming condo, ideal for a family beach vacation, features a private, furnished balcony that's accessible via two sets of sliding glass doors. This wonderful vacation rental is tiled throughout, has a well-equipped, full kitchen with granite countertops, and high speed internet access to help plan out your adventures. Additional amenities offered through Sunrise Beach include multiple shared pools, a fitness center, and a soothing hot tub.

Love This Place

Great location only. Smile from Pier Park. Super close to everything you could want or need as well. The only bad thing I have to say is that o don’t think the floors were cleaned very well. On the first day there my feet were almost black on the bottom after walking barefoot on the tile floors.

The staff are very friendly and efficient. We have stayed at the resort twice in years past. However the room we stayed in this time does need some updating. Overall no complaints.

Not enough elevators

24 stories tall and only 4 elevators. Spent way too much time waiting on elevator. Room had worn out furniture including beds. Terrible stay!!

Cleaning staff needs to do better job.

The condo was nice, the location great! the clean staff needs to do better job. Floors were so dirty they turned feet BLACK if you walked barefoot on the floors! Dishes in cabinets were dirty and had to be washed before we could use them. The very first bowl I took out of the cabinet to use had dry ice cream all in the bowl. Could not find any extra bed sheets or blankets anywhere in condo but had plenty of extra bed pillows. Overall a nice unit but could definitely use more attention to the details when it comes to the cleaning.

Enjoyed our stay here.

Condo was great just as described for a Fsmily of 8, it was big enough to accommodate us all, the only complaint I have is they need more elevators a place that big with people coming and going need more than 4 elevators. Parking garage and spaces are small when you have a Big SUV but it works, But overall the place was great! I would stay here again
