It was a good stay but the parking valet service Was not provided. Parking needs to be addressed not everyone is capable of navigating alternative choices. Valet should provide that service and park the vehicle for you. Other than that all good thank you

The room was old. The beds and pillows were horrible. I couldn’t sleep the first night. Very noisy (both street and guests). The bathroom is also very old. Overpriced. I chose the hotel because of the central location. Otherwise it’s a total rip-off

The property is ancient. Customer service at the front desk is poor. As requested online booking for a king size bed room but they offered a queen size bed room without explanation. Besides, I spoke to the front desk staff in person requesting housekeeping to clean up my room on the following day. Unfortunately, there was no housekeeping service for clean up the room over three nights Hence, it made me upset.
