Loved the improvements, especially the removal of carpeting in the room. The room sparkled, bed was very comfortable and we were always acknowledged by staff with a smile. We did not use the restaurant as it was only fine dining and no alternate choice for simpler meals.

The staff service was exceptional, especially at the front desk. I’d like to thank Paul for helping us have our room ready early and being so lovely at our check out. The hotel room was very clean and the use of Dove products was an extra bonus! We did not have the chance to eat at the restaurant, but the food smelt delicious and the pricing was responsible from what we saw on the menu displayed. Thank you again for a lovely visit!

The location is good, the hotel is clean but overpriced in my opinion. We booked a one bedroom suite for three people and the pull out couch was beyond awful. Had to attempt to sleep on the couch which was not comfortable either. There is not a good onsight dining option (French restaurant is expensive) but enough close by in the area. The hotel is very dog friendly which is a plus. However, most of the staff are not. Out of the six front staff members we saw in less than 12 hours, two were great. The other four didn’t even crack a smile.
