Very near to Otaru Station, excellent value for money (I paid under 100 for 2 nights for 2 ppl) Dont expect a 5 star hotel but this really has everything you need 2 washing machines and dryers. Good thing about the hotel is the location. Nice view of Otaru canal and close to shopping. Staff were professional and helpful. However, I was disappointed with the room. Rooms need to be updated. I can’t recommend to my friends.

Besides the bathroom, everything was spotless. The room was HUGE and the private onsen was a god send. The staff remembered us and kept tabs to ensure we were enjoying our visit.
