Overall, it was great. The hotel is old but room was comfy and very friendly staffs greets you. Once you check in, one of staff guide you to the room and show lighting and thermostat and other things you need to know. Japanese breakfast set and breakfast buffet were great. Great hotel near Sapporo station. Arrived late at Chitose airport and needed to be up early for a bus out of Sapporo station so found this hotel near the station. There are a few others. There is a covered passageway through 3 buildings to keep you sheltered from weather except when you need to cross the street. On arrival you are treated like a vip and even taken to your room. Stayed in Jan 2018. Almost brand new hotel with a great decor and clean room. We were upgraded to the apartment styled room so it included everything you need: kitchen, living room, detached bathroom with shower and bath, and even cloth washing machine. Staff is professional and polite with good ...
There is a covered passageway through 3 buildings to keep you sheltered from weather except when you need to cross the street. On arrival you are treated like a vip and even taken to your room. We had a triple on the 14 th floor. There is no ac only heater per the person who brought us to our room. Clean, safe, just enough space. Taxis are always waiting just out of the lobby. Family Mart next to hotel, Daiso close by, many eateries at Paseo West at Sapporo Station and Stellar Place. 5 blocks from Odori Park. Go through the underground shops and excellent foot massage at Aurora Town- has elevator to top instead of stairs closest to Odori Park.
If your looking for a good, clean hotel in the center of Sapporo, then this is a great option. Breakfast is included- though this consists of soup and bread. Tried it one day, not my cup of tea. Then again it is free. Checkout is at 11AM there is a ¥2,000 charge for every extra hour. This seems a bit exesive given the nightly cost of the hotel. Hard to beat for the price!
center of bed is broken. caused back pain. fake heater control, can only turn on or off. no fresh air when heater turn on.
The hotel location could not be beaten. The male staff at this newly renovated hotel are all very considerate and helpful. The Japanese and western breakfast are all very delicious.
