Very near to Otaru Station, excellent value for money (I paid under 100 for 2 nights for 2 ppl) Dont expect a 5 star hotel but this really has everything you need 2 washing machines and dryers. Try to stay in the main building as thats where reception is. Otherwise you will have to cross over to annex (across the road)
