Super luxurious hotel - restaurants were too expensive but in nearby Niseko,Village were several nice ones. Fun nearby activities at Pure. And of course Mt. Yotei is spectacular

The check-in female receptionist was not friendly, she was cold and not very helpful, the elderly with the kimono dress at the front was lovely and friendly. Loved the onsen. Beautiful hot springs connected to the hotel. Good timely bus service to the mountain .
Night outdoor onsen is very good. It’s good for family.

Great place to stay if you plan to do a whole skiing/snowboarding trip. They have tons of different routes for every level of expertise. I found the staff to be very helpful and courteous. The hotel was excellent, clean and beautiful. I couldn’t ask for a better stay.
