Escape to paradise in our spacious, family-friendly vacation home, perfectly designed for unforgettable getaways. HUGE backyard! Perfect for relaxing and unwind after a day of adventures. Nestled just minutes away from Disney, Universal, SeaWorld theme parks and Orange County Convention Center. This property offers both excitement and relaxation in one incredible package.

Our home offers a stunning backyard with a beautiful pool! Unlike a hotel or resort, our pool and backyard will be exclusive for your family and friends. This big backyard offers wicker tanning lounge beds, and a covered patio with a dining table that will provide the perfect setting to unwind and relax after a long day at the parks.

This beautiful house has 4 bedrooms and two full bathrooms. Total guests allowed is 8. Each Bedroom has its own smart TV and there is also a smart TV in the living room, ideal for family night.

Make delicious meals at our spacious kitchen equipped with everything you need! Pots, pans, baking sheets, utensils, cups, toaster, blender, Keurig coffee maker! Enjoy great meal with your family.
We also offer washer and dryer complementary (laundry detergent/softener is not provided)

Backyard: Kids and adults will have a blast swimming in our pool with lots of privacy. Our home is the ultimate getaway home. With its large outdoor/pool area you and your family will have an amazing experience. Unlike a Hotel/Resort, our pool area will be exclusive for your family.
Our home also has new patio furniture including, dining table, tanning beds, sectional sofa, and a Weber professional gas grill.

Grill: We offer a gas Weber Genesis grill to make your vacation even better! relax by the pool while grilling some burgers! Enjoy a delicious cookout by the pool. We provide the gas and cooking utensils. The grill has an additional fee of $45 for the entire stay. Please let us know in advance if you would like to use it.

We encourage all guests to pay closer attention before booking in the outskirts of Orlando or nearby cities like Kissimmee, Davenport, Champions Gate, which are not ideal for enjoying Orlando’s best attractions.

This will make your experience even better! we are:

- An incredible 5-minute drive to all Universal theme parks. Uber ride is about $8. Universal parking is $30 per day! Save the money to create incredible memories!

- 15 minute drive to the newest EPIC Universe!

- 20 minute drive to all Disney attractions!

- 25-minute drive to Orlando International Airport (MCO).

- 15-minute drive to The Orlando County Convention Center (OCCC) and Seaworld.

- 5 minutes away from world's famous Arnold Palmer golf course.

- 5 minutes away to Sand Lake restaurant row. Offering all prime restaurants!

- 5-minute drive to Whole Foods, Sprouts Grocery, Publix Supermarket, Traded Joe's, and 10 mins to Walmart.

- 15 minutes to Mall at Millenia, Orlando's most luxurious mall; Outlets and International Drive

- 20 minutes to Downtown Orlando

Need early check-in/out?
We are happy to accommodate early arrival and late departure when we can.
You can purchase an early check-in 24hrs before your arrival or a late check-out 12hrs before you depart. We cannot guarantee any early check ins prior to 24 hours before arrival, and we cannot accommodate a late check out request made within 12hrs of departure because they are based on availability.
Price is $25 each hour. The latest check-out we can accommodate is 3pm.

Quiet, family-friendly neighborhood in the Dr. Phillips area.

Our house is centrally located. You will have access to the driveway and garage for a maximum of 2 vehicles.

Please note that we have weekly pool and yard maintenance that cannot be skipped.

Pool is not heated.

Security cameras on the outside perimeter, including backyard, driveway and garage. Cameras run 24/7.

NO parties or large gatherings Please. Parties will be shut down by local police and reservation will be canceled without refund. No smoking of ANY kind.

No pets allowed. Let us know if you are bringing a service dog. Please provide valid registration number with the United States Service Animal Registrar. Service dogs must have a "service animal" vest, dog must always be with guest, and not be left behind for any reason.
All guest have to follow these rules at all times. These rules are strongly enforced.

- Because this is a vacation home community, not a hotel, and is also my home when my family comes to Orlando, please be respectful of the property and keep it clean before you leave. (Respect our property and our things)
- To provide the best quality service to our guest, we offer white hotel-quality towels/linens. Please be respectful of bed sheets and towels. Makeup/foundation, face medications/creams, and tanning products will stain and/or bleach lines/towels. Please avoid using regular hand/bath towels with all skin products. Guest are not to wash laundry belonging to the home in order to hide stains. Housekeeping will wash all the laundry. Unsalvageable lines/bath towels will be charged to the guest.
- No parties or events
- No loud noises between 10pm-8am
- No unregistered guests
- No smoking of ANY kind. Please no marijuana!
- No pets allowed. Please do not sneak in your dog.
- Park in your designated area. Maximum of 2 cars allowed.
- No trailers, RVs or boat parking is permitted.
- Please let us know immediately if something is malfunctioning so it can be rectified. However, all damages or missing items will need to be paid for by you before departure.
- We provide basic supplies such as linens, towels, shampoo, conditioner, bar soap, toilet paper, paper towels to get you started on your trip. The guest is responsible for purchasing additional items as needed.
- This is a family oriented and child friendly home, however children and infants must be under active supervision by a parent or guardian, at all times. Children are not allowed in the swimming pool area without an adult actively supervising.
- Pool: To avoid injury, no bombing or running in the pool area. No drinking glasses or bottles are to be taken in to the pool area - only plastic items allowed.
