Sheets were not clean. Roach in the room. Thin walls. Didn't receive the room we paid for. Manager doesn't return emails. You get what you pay for.

What I liked about this property was the friendly staff during breakfast. This one gentleman, I believe he is Filipino, was super friendly and super helpful. He saw that there was a big line for the waffle maker and he pointed me to another area where there was another waffle maker. I call that excellent customer service. I also like that this property was conveniently close to SeaWorld. Unfortunately, what I didn't like about this property was the room was too small with a lot of furniture that seemed like they were just bunch up together. I do like the sink separate from the shower/toilet, so the rests of the family can still wash, brush teeth, etc.
Staff was great. The room, however, was very humid and musty. I developed a sore throat the first night which lasted my three night stay. I slept with the window open, which was fine, but there was no screen. Other than that it was ok.
Was quiet,which is important to me. Overall a great little hotel !
For the cost it’s a excellent staying , breakfast was really good as well , staff friendly and bed and shower excellent as well !
Whem first walk into the room a cockroach was running in the carpet. Then the bathroom shower had stains that look like poop and towels had hair on them. Very unsanitized place to stay
The first room we were given had bugs. But we were offered a second room promptly and it was great.
This was a clean and nice stay. Would stay here again but the only thing that I did not like was they said they offer free shuttle to Seaworld and it came one time early in the morning and mid afternoon for pick up.

This hotel is conveniently located near just about any of the stores, restaurants, convention center and even the main highway that a person could need.
Everything was pretty good. Not a 5 star resort by any means but great for the price. Would stay again.
