Lovely staff, beautiful property and is almost 1st rate, but needs to pay attention to a few more details to get there, particularly in the Flint Restaurant. - Valet Parking is too expensive for area - Bath needs more towel bars - extra Kleenex box--we had a junior suite (free upgrade since we had to switch rooms) and there was only one. - no mini-bar Flint Restaurant had the biggest problems and it was a stupid one: the menus (both breakfast and especially cocktail menus) were tattered and ragged. Literally with torn pages and stuff spilled on them. This at a place that has $12 cocktails. Breakfast menus had a printed label added to it with updated information What a shame to leave a bad impression just because they were to check to print new menus (or enough replacement stock). Will probably try the other top hotel in town--across the way--next time in town to compare.

Great hotel. Easy walk to everything. Staff was excellent!

Beautiful hotel with high end amenities. Cookies at night. Tea in the morning. Bathrobes were nice. Staff was helpful and professional providing parking and other amenities information.

This was a beautiful hotel with a great staff I would stay again

Go ahead it's nice an clean. Blah blah bla tads tads yada. Is this enough to make you happy Orbitz?

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay. The staff was very accomodating and the room was very spacious.

Pleasant enough. I'd been interested in staying at the Colcord since it opened. However, it seems that all that newness has worn the polish off the new building. The staff, while courteous, seemed a bit to wrapped up in their own issues before putting customer (that's me) first. The curtains in the room were in need of repair. Paint was chipped on the closets. Again, it was fine, but not top notch despite wanting to be.

Great location. Exquisite design, especially the lobby. Very attentive and friendly staff that truly go out of their way for you. I would come back to Oklahoma City just to stay in this hotel. Can't say more positive things than that.

We had a great time . walking distance to movies and restaurants .loved that they would drive us to a downtown destination We went to a wedding at the top of the chase bank and they drove us and picked us up when we were ready

Great welcome and value for the money with comfort

The hotel was very nice and the room was comfortable and spacious. I liked the coffee (brought to your room at no additional charge) in the morning at a pre-set time was a nice touch. The bathroom was well appointed though there was not a door hook and the sink drained slowly. The sitting area was comfortable but lacked adequate lighting. Finally the valet service was relatively pricey ($25/night). The location was great, within easy walking distance of many offices & restaurants, Bricktown, Convention Center, and the OKC Thunder. We took the complementary shuttle to dinner, which was very convenient. We had breakfast at Flint, which was also very good.

Me and my husband didnt feel like making the drive back to Dallas and the casino hotels were booked so yall were the next best thing. I will return on my next visit to Oklahoma

The hotel was very clean and modern. Stayed over Christmas time so there was the ice ring, outdoor shopping and other activities going on right outside the hotel. Would recommend.

We had a great room and the staff was excellent in assisting me with my elderly family members. It was a wonderful weekend!

My wife and I stayed Saturday night 4-25-15. We live in the OKC metro but wanted to have a nice romantic evening downtown the Colcord did not disappoint. Despite being long time Okies, this was our first stay here. Everything about the hotel is top notch. We arrived in the driveway and were taken great care of by the valet. These guys out front do a wonderful job and always had a smile and nice greeting when coming and going throughout the evening. Check in was fast and easy! We stayed on the 10th floor in 1004. The Room: Not enough can be said about how impressed we were with the room. Very nicely decorated and designed! We have never stayed anywhere that had been cleaned as immaculately as this room. The attention to detail, paid by the housekeeping staff is awe inspiring. It was almost like entering a sterile environment. Just incredible! If I just had to pick one thing to complain about, it would have been the shower head. It was the only thing that didn’t match the quality and level of the room’s fixtures/appointments. We ordered room service Sunday morning for breakfast. The prices were reasonable and about what you’d expect them to be. The food was cooked and delivered very promptly faster than we’d anticipated. If I read correctly, the food was prepared by the Flint restaurant downstairs. It was very tasty! When we were ready to leave, we called the front desk to have our car brought to the front. Once again, the valet was great and was waiting for us while we settled our bill. From start to finish, just a marvelous experience! We will return.

The hotel was great. The staff was nice, there was a free newspaper and the dining area is warm and cozy.

A hotel stay when you get the necessary room cleanliness and location issues out of the way boils down for me about the staff. With that in mind, this hotel gets all my stars. Great people. I was here over three nights and every one of the staff were personal, helpful and courteous from the valet parking to the front desk each one of them made me feel welcomed.

This is one of the most beautiful hotels I have ever stayed in! You feel like you have been taken back into the 20's with the hotels historic attributes, but you also have the luxuries of complimentary wi-fi and a Flat screen TV! The staff is AMAZING and friendly! The food at the hotel is to die for! (be sure to try the banana cream pie!!!) and they even have a small gym for you to work off the the extra calories ;-) I was very pleased with my stay and will return the next time i am in OK City!!!

Close to Brick town, plush accommodations, excellent room service and friendly staff were all in store for our family when arriving. The hotel even smelled awesome!

We attended a wedding at the Myriad Gardens with a reception at Devon Energy 50th floor. This was ideal since the hotel is right across from the gardens and attached to the Devon Energy building. The staff were wonderful. Our room was remodeled but still felt a little old. The bed was very soft to the point of uncomfortable. Overall those, this is a really good hotel. I'd stay again.
