This was one of the best hotels we have ever had the pleasure of staying. Absolutely would stay here again! Everyone and everything was just right. You will not be disappointed in staying at the Colcord!

Walking distance to everything we needed, very conveniently located!

beds were very disappointing as well as the pillows, especially at the price!

Really nice hotel. I enjoyed just about everything. However, did not like parking. I believe you should have other options other than valet. I do understand though, with it being a 4 star hotel, the valet *rolls eyes* the shuttle was really nice and complimentary wine for my 21st birthday was awesome. The room I stayed in seems to be the standard booked room. A lot of imperfections in places that I was surprised to see with it being a 4 star hotel. My view of the parking garage next door kind of sucked... But I was able to see the firework show from the baseball field so eh. Also I do agree with the other reviewer, you absolutely can hear people in the next room, clearly and loudly. It was a really nice place but of the other places I've stayed in brick town. The 3 stars seemed to have a lot more for your buck and made the experience a lot better. Maybe if I had a different room, I would feel different but I think I'll pass on the 4 star experience next time. But thank you colcord for an enjoyable stay for the most part!

Exceptional hotel in downtown OKC. Close to several great restaurants, or if you want to go a little further take advantage of the free shuttle service. Coffee and tea service arrives at your door at a predetermined time. A delicious cookie at turndown. I forgot my toothbrush, and one was at my door in less than 5 minutes. The staff is friendly, personable, and beyond professional. 10/10, we will stay again.

Nicely remodeled older hotel with many amenities. Within walking distance of meetings downtown and nice restaurants.

Lovely staff, beautiful property and is almost 1st rate, but needs to pay attention to a few more details to get there, particularly in the Flint Restaurant. - Valet Parking is too expensive for area - Bath needs more towel bars - extra Kleenex box--we had a junior suite (free upgrade since we had to switch rooms) and there was only one. - no mini-bar Flint Restaurant had the biggest problems and it was a stupid one: the menus (both breakfast and especially cocktail menus) were tattered and ragged. Literally with torn pages and stuff spilled on them. This at a place that has $12 cocktails. Breakfast menus had a printed label added to it with updated information What a shame to leave a bad impression just because they were to check to print new menus (or enough replacement stock). Will probably try the other top hotel in town--across the way--next time in town to compare.

Great hotel. Easy walk to everything. Staff was excellent!

Beautiful hotel with high end amenities. Cookies at night. Tea in the morning. Bathrobes were nice. Staff was helpful and professional providing parking and other amenities information.

This was a beautiful hotel with a great staff I would stay again

Go ahead it's nice an clean. Blah blah bla tads tads yada. Is this enough to make you happy Orbitz?

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay. The staff was very accomodating and the room was very spacious.

Pleasant enough. I'd been interested in staying at the Colcord since it opened. However, it seems that all that newness has worn the polish off the new building. The staff, while courteous, seemed a bit to wrapped up in their own issues before putting customer (that's me) first. The curtains in the room were in need of repair. Paint was chipped on the closets. Again, it was fine, but not top notch despite wanting to be.

Great location. Exquisite design, especially the lobby. Very attentive and friendly staff that truly go out of their way for you. I would come back to Oklahoma City just to stay in this hotel. Can't say more positive things than that.

We had a great time . walking distance to movies and restaurants .loved that they would drive us to a downtown destination We went to a wedding at the top of the chase bank and they drove us and picked us up when we were ready

Great welcome and value for the money with comfort

The hotel was very nice and the room was comfortable and spacious. I liked the coffee (brought to your room at no additional charge) in the morning at a pre-set time was a nice touch. The bathroom was well appointed though there was not a door hook and the sink drained slowly. The sitting area was comfortable but lacked adequate lighting. Finally the valet service was relatively pricey ($25/night). The location was great, within easy walking distance of many offices & restaurants, Bricktown, Convention Center, and the OKC Thunder. We took the complementary shuttle to dinner, which was very convenient. We had breakfast at Flint, which was also very good.

Me and my husband didnt feel like making the drive back to Dallas and the casino hotels were booked so yall were the next best thing. I will return on my next visit to Oklahoma

The hotel was very clean and modern. Stayed over Christmas time so there was the ice ring, outdoor shopping and other activities going on right outside the hotel. Would recommend.
