The website advertising for airport transportation. This hotel DOES NOT have a shuttle service. I would have stayed else where. This is false advertisement!!

Took some of deposit cause of a dirty towel that was left in there prior to arrival. Drug dealers and everything else. Old fashion tv just the worst

Cigarette burns in the comforter. Overall not a clean and safe place.

This was a beautiful hotel at one time. I booked a room so my son could experience the history and nostalgia associated with this hotel. The surrounding area is now a ghetto. Adult store across the street and a woman was doing drugs in the front parking lot. A lot of unsavory people loitering around. It was so bad there were “security guards” in the lobby. They didn’t seem much better than the thugs in the parking lot. The room was filthy. Bugs and mildew in the bathroom, toilet wasn’t cleaned, 1980’s tv with 3 channels and no remote. Food on top of the tv stand, dingy carpet and bedding, safety lock was broken. Needless to say we did not stay the night. The clerk tried to talk us into staying in a different room, but ended up giving us a refund when I refused. It’s a shame this once grand, historical hotel was not maintained.

The rooms are older with older tv but they are clean. The breakfast is ok just simple scrambled eggs sausage and potatoes but it’s a hot breakfast.

property is old and looks it.shower curtain did not fit .ceilin tiles were notiight,a siren went off during the hight and again off and on sebveral times..

The drapes didn't shut completely, so I used a safety pin (I was on the ground floor). The tub didn't drain easily and the pull knob for the shower was a struggle. That said, it was an adequate hotel for the price. The inconveniences were livable.

Older property, but fairly well maintained, staff was pleasant and helpful, good amenities, very nice breakfast.

Has a Reputation for prostitutes and drugs not clean bad part of city

Heater made noise all night. Tube tv that was fuzzy. Fridge wasn’t that cold. Floor lamp didn’t work.

Was nice stay. The staff are very helpfull and were eager to help with issues not hotel related. Clean large rooms very comfortable. K.Anderson

Check in was quick. Room was very hot and uncomfortable. I called the front desk twice to let them know how hot the room was before I went out for most of the day. Upon returning the room it was unbearable. We had to open the doors to try to let out some of the heat. I called the front office again to complain about the heat and finally they sent a maintenance man down to solve the problem. Also the covers on the beds made us itch and we and when woke in the morning, we had red marks on our bodies. I also told the front desk about this situation, but the front desk person tried to talk over me and act as if she didn't hear me. The wi-fi did not work either. The hotel advertised free wi-fi but we were unable to connect. Once again I called the front desk and was told that the wi-fi was working. I had to use my data to get internet service. I had stayed at this hotel twice and was very happy with it, but this time I was very dissatisfied. I won't be staying there ever again.

Carpet a mess, hole in bathroom door, ceiling tiles in bathroom terrible.

I rented this room as a Fathers Day gift for a friend & he had a more than disappointing experience. The room that he was given, room 186, had bed bugs in his bed, he witnessed several, there was no WIFI access, although that was one of the major advertisements, when he used the shower he discovered that the tub was stopped up, the air conditioner didn't work very well, there was no ice available, & the pop machine ripped him off.
