This place is a nasty dump. Dirty, run down, smelled like an ashtray, had a cigarette burn on the bedding, broken tiles in the bathroom, cracks in the walls, beds were hard as a rock. Even noticed there was prostitution present. We were so grossed out by it all that we left. Staff member told us they would return our money when orbitz called them to verify our request. I was on hold with orbitz as they called them. They refused the refund within minutes of us being told it would be returned. Not happy campers. Soooo gross

I can not describe what a dump this is. The pictures online are NOT this hotel! The whole place reeks of old cigarettes. The rooms are furnished with mishmash of broken scarred up old furniture I wouldn’t even find in a thrift store. There were creepy men all in the parking lot and lurking in the doorways- seriously! Parking lot full of semi trucks which roared at all hours of the night. What a nightmare!! Just a nasty nasty place.

We walked in to our non-smoking room to find it smelling like cigarettes. I went to the desk and asked for febreeze or some kind of freshener since our room smelled like an ashtray. No apologies. He just said he would send someone. Don't believe the pics of this hotel. I thought it looked so quaint. It was nothing like the pictures. It was old, outdated, and needed a deep cleaning. The staff was indifferent. I didn't feel too safe with the people we saw there either. Our neighbors partied all night till about 4 am. My 2 yr old slept ok, but I was awake most of the night. The tv was a tube tv that only had about 12 channels. The only good thing I could say is the bed wasn't uncomfortable.

This hotel is awful! It's in a bad part of town near strip clubs. Facility is in poor condition. Cigarette hole in sheet in a non-smoking room. Very old carpet and furnishings. Dirty and stinks. I did not feel safe here!

Many unsavory characters hanging around premises. The atmosphere feels unsafe after sunset.

I was there for just quick sleep over. But it was very nice experience. I like rhat place, nice ,clean ,only room service should start bothering after 11 am not before 9 am

It was great for what we paid. There was not any information about restraunts or hotel food in the room. The person next to my room started playing the guitar and singing really loud in the middle of the night. I called down and they sent security up pretty quickly.

*****When they have security take you to see a room that is suppose to be ready to rent but he has to knock and say security before he uses his key to open the door is very concerning to me! I asked about this and was told by a staff member that their rooms are also rented by the hour! So picture what that room was being used for before you rented it ! Gross! This hotel is very old and outdated. Needs major work. Worst hotel room I have ever been shown to rent.

This used to be my go-to hotel when staying in OKC. Have stayed the night here several times before, but will never again. March 18th we got a room and I accidentally left my Fitbit Fitness Tracker. Upon realization we called the hotel and was told one was not found. We returned to the hotel and utilized the tracker on our phone. To our delight we connected to the device in the same area where we had a room. Was soon shocked to see that it was in use, tracking steps and floors climbed, so obviously someone was using it. Using the tracker we started to try and find our stolen device, we asked the room cleaners who were currently on the floor, but was told they had not seen it..and then they called security who asked us to leave. All because we were trying to locate our stolen property. Additionally, one of the male cleaners appeared to be laughing at me as if he knew what was going on. Very disappointed.

I had a nice room, had fun at the Country Music Bar beside the Hotel. Nice Staff. I would stay there again. Close to the airport too. Thank you.

I was aware that the hotel was older, but older and not well kept are two different things. Mold in the shower, I don't know what type of stain on the curtains. Uncomfortable beds. Old furniture. Dirty fridge. Broken faucet. I could go on and on.

Overall it was ok stay. But Staff wouldn't answer the phone. Everything costs. Even a simple toothbrush. Jacuzzi wasn't working. No towels. There was a broken toilet in the hallway. Holes in the hallway ceiling. Laundry rooms were both out of order. . The rest was rough..I would pick a better place next time.

empty beer cans in the room, only 1 towel in room, carpet had a "sticky" feel to it and there were food spots on the carpet. Food at breakfast was ok, orange juice was some sort of powdered drink, ew, not a very nice hotel.

I made a reservation several months before staying there. Upon arriving, they told me all the rooms were gone. Eventually the found me something but the experience was a pain. If you are foolish enough to stay here, do NOT book online.

I booked a room for the Biltmore Hotel for my sisters wedding in OKC paying the amount of $102.45 plus a $25 deposit, OK. When I checked into the hotel everything appeared to be ok but the second night I retuned to my room around 11PM and noticed a roach on my pillow, a roach on the dresser as well as three in the bathroom. Seeing this caused me to have a less then comfortable night and the next morning i immediately went to the front desk to check out and request a refund. The receptionist at the front desk named Yessica stated that for any refunds I had to reach out to Orbitz since i booked my room through them. I fully checked out and contacted Orbitz, who reached out to a hotel to authorize a full refund which the hotel agreed to specifically Yessica which is who the rep from Orbitz spoke with as well. I was told it would be about 3-5 business days before I would receive a refund from the hotel. When i checked what was refunded to me the amount was $35 not the agreed amount of $102.45 plus the $25 deposit. When I contacted the hotel to correct the mistake the night manager named VJ stated there was not anything he could do and to call back the hotel in the morning tomorrow when the accountant would be in. I requested for the accountant to call me back. Around 6:53PM PST the manager named Bobby or Bob contacted me stated there was not anything he could do since I stayed 2 full nights except provide a good rate next time I stay which I declined.

Upon arrival, I discovered the Hot Tub was out of order. When I mentioned to staff that this was one of the ammenities I booked for, her response was, "Do you still want to check in?". Also, no attempt was made to compensate me in any way. Nor did she attempt to give info on breakfast or info on the Hotel itself. The ATM was out of order. The AC was working, but very poorly, not only in the hotel itslef, but in my room. Thermostat was set on 59, and was not at all arctic cold. I have never slept on a bed so uncomfortable. The bathroom ceiling had mildew, and the blow dryer began to overheat shortly after turning it on. Apparently, looks can be deceiving.

room was hot because air conditioning broke, carpet needs cleaned should have been offered a fan and give the option to go somewhere else

Very old. No elevator. I asked for a room that was closer to entrance and my request was denied; I was informed by staff that the rooms reserved for "these type of reservations" are all located together. $5 breakfast buffet.

Stayed on 3/11/16 before an early flight. In the morning I took a shower but the water was cold as ice; tried calling the front desk but no one answered. when I went to check out there was guy at the counter of coarse I told him about the no hot water he informed me the water heater wasn't working properly but that I should of called and when I told him I tried to do just that he called me a lier.

No wifi. No remote for the TV. Difficult to navigate the parking lot, with all the rebuilding/weather damage(? -- downed tree branches, etc.). The thermostat was hard to figure out. On the plus side, the bed was comfy and the location was very convenient.
