Rooms were bright and clean. The staff was friendly and helpful and they had a wonderful breakfast with plenty to choose from.We enjoyed the pool, hot tub, and fitness room. The only thing I noticed they could improve on were the hallway carpet were a little stained and worn. but everything else seemed very kept up and clean.

I’ve stayed at this property before and been very happy. This visit it was a great disappointment. There was hair on the sheets and the railings in the stairwells were sticky. The continental breakfast was disappointing. They were out of most items and kept telling guests that it would be 25 minutes before they would be replaced.

The 1st room I was in had a very loud a/c unit. I asked to switch rooms and the front desk immediately found me another room and it was much better. The only recommendation I would have make would be that the chair at the desk is really stained and not appealing. Otherwise, all is good

The room and the hotel need to be updated in general. There was a used contact on the bathroom floor and a hair in the tub so I question if it was cleaned properly. The refrigerator was leaking and there was water all over the floor. The carpet is dirty and I didn’t like walking barefoot on it. The elevator was very slow and had a scary jolt when it hit first floor. Breakfast has always been fabulous with Hampton and staff is always friendly.

The rooms were fair there was no fan in the bathroom which is needed when you have many people taking showers. One night there was no parking available for the guests it was totally full.

It is not up to the standard I’m used to seeing at Hampton Inns. It was 4th of July week and no American Flag was waving, sadly. Unfortunately this location is in great need of repair/attention. Lots of rust in the pool area, dirty walls of the pool. Whirlpool was great! Patio area needs repair. All upholstery in common areas (breakfast and lobby) were very dirty. Also upholster desk chair in our room was dirty😟 Bed was very comfy, breakfast had a good variety of selections during our weeklong stay. Carpeting needs replaced-the first floor hallways and our room. Fitness center was very good.
