Good location, small lot for parking. Nice to go breakfast

Good staff, excellent amenities, quiet area, clean as Hilton does

The property was very clean, and the staff all appeared to be taking proper Covid precautions. The rooms were also very nice and sanitary. This was my second time staying here, and I have not been disappointed either time. I would recommend staying here if you are in Ogden.

It was like a pig with a dress on (an old motel trying to look new) and the breakfast was a total joke. Donuts and coffee!!!

Great property. Clean and great staff. close to everything

This property is on a main road that was very busy all night. It was very loud in our room. The bathroom also had blond hair all over the floor (which was not ours!).

Good location. Dining within walking distance. Helpful staff. Parking nearby, in front, although parking structure is around the corner.

Great location and friendly staff! The room was very clean.

Breakfast was amazing. The housekeeping staff was great and the facility was very clean and modern

Convenient location. Room was comfortable, clean, quiet, and spacious. Breakfast was typical for this type of hotel.

Our 2 night stay at this Hampton Inn in downtown Ogden, Utah was very comfortable, extremely helpful staff and location excellent for our use. Would recommend very much.

Decent breakfast, clean room & convenient location

Parking was HORRID! And they said the had a pool. It was just an oversized hot tub. Lighting in the room was horrible!

Parking is inconvenient and VERY limited. When I came back from a dinner appointment (at about 8:30 pm) there was literally NO PLACE TO PARK. I ended up parking on the street all night.

Hampton did a great job of updating an old hotel. The hotel had all the updates of new hotel, but with the charm and quality of a great older facility. We enjoyed the central downtown location.

The room was so small I got felt locked in (definitely not what I saw in the pics) . The drawers kept opening on their own making me afraid I might run into them (the bathroom was almost as big as the room area). Parking is nearly a block away so unless you spend $12.50 for valet don't think you have access to your car because you have to put a ticket with your room number in a box with the stall number. Overall I would rather stay at motel six or super 8.

There are about 20 parking spaces in back alley. If those are full you get to park even further away in a lot that's 90% reserved and the rest is mostly compacts only. Then you get to walk for a block to even get into the hotel. It was absolutely miserable with kids and nearly impossible with a minivan. Also it took 8 hours and two requests to be brought a portable crib and the alarm clock went off at 6:20 am waking up all of our kids. I would never stay here again.

I wanted to thank you for taking the time out of your day to evaluate our performance during your stay. Surveys are important to the company, so if there are any areas for improvement they can be properly handled. It is always so rewarding when a guest recognizes our staff's efforts, and takes the time to say thank you! It was a pleasure having you stay with us. Thank you for choosing Hampton! We hope to see you with us again soon!
