The staff was really nice. The room was comfortable and updated. We had a stain on the carpet and what looked like a lipstick stain on the comforter. Over all it was a really nice place to stay. The best thing is the location. its right next to 25th street and there are tons of bars and places to eat. There was also a comedy club called Wiseguys we went to and it was so fun and funny. For such a large hotel there is no room service and no bar. I guess they figure they can't compete with everything on 25th street which is right behind the hotel. I would for sure stay there again.

Worked out great for my business trip!! Nice clean rooms!!

To say the least, i was just looking for a bed to sleep in. I got way more than i bargained for! This hotel had a beautiful lobby that continued into the guest rooms. The guest rooms did not feel like you were in a hotel, but in a home. That level of comfort in a hotel is hard to come by. Not to mention the wonderful down blankets and pillows. One of the best experiences i have had at a chain hotel!

Generally a good/average experience. The hotel is in a great location in Ogden in relation to historic 25th Street and the center of town. The cleaning staff repeatedly did not restock coffee (2 of the 4 days of our stay). Also, the hotel was under extensive construction and is in the process of converting to a Marriott chain of hotel.

"Ski hotel" that doesn't offer transportation or ample transportation information to the resorts. Shuttle that is offered at the hotel is helpful to local businesses. However lack of staff information and education made our stay esthetically apealing but overall experience needs work! Front desk staff didn't fully communicate to each other or convey correct information to us as guests. This hotel doesn't offer breakfast and without proper transportation there are not any breakfast options within a close vacinity. There are not fans in the room bathroom which we found odd. This would be a great hotel if you are looking for a conference center but much further than that I might suggest a different hotel (less than a block away)

My wife and I have been traveling to this location for the last 5 years. We enjoyed the Christmas lights parade and the location relative to the college. The quality of the hotel was 3 star but this most recent trip we were greeted by a grouchy desk manager, the pillows were flat, the bed was hard, and the heater was set at 60, but was pumping out 70+ degree air. I can't sleep when the room is over 75. Further, they had shut over half of the kitchen down because the hotel was only 1/2 full. We will likely look into other places in the future.

Amazing location right next to Historic 25th Street with all the bars and excellent restaurants. The rooms are large and nice with free wifi to boot! The staff is super friendly and it's got a nice bar and restaurant on the property with daily specials. The one and only dig against this hotel (albeit a big one) and what keeps from being a 5 star review is the beds and pillows are terrible The bed is so stiff and uncomfortable. It so hard to get a good nights sleep because it was so uncomfortable which made me toss and turn. The pillows are also totally mashed (perhaps they're really old?) and super small so it's. I woke up with lower back/neck aches every morning which was unpleasant. When this is coupled with the price, it causes one to be conflicted. An otherwise great place but for the price they should really improve quality of the mattress and pillows. You could probably get the same quality mattress, pillow, sleep at a much lower price hotel/motel but everything else about this place is top notch.

Booked this last minute. The receptionist was extremely friendly and looked out for my needs. The room was perfect and in excellent condition. I would recommend this to my friends and family.

Hotel was nice, staff was above and beyond. But there was a party going on in their ballroom which was.close to our room and very loud. Then people were running around the halls slamming doors until 2 am. Only stopped when we called front desk.

The hotel is in a great location if you have any business in Ogden. It's centrally located with good access to the city amenities. The hotel itself appears to have been updated sometime in the not too distant past but it still has a "dated" feel to it. The restaurants are good, the facility is clean and the workout & pool areas are well maintained. The only negative in that area would be on the hot tub - the water temp read 95 degrees but I don't think that was right. The hot tube actually felt kinda' cold to me. My big negative here would be on the temperature controls in the room. The fan had 1 speed - "Hurricane" and while there was a fan speed button on the controls it made no change on the fan speed. I finally just turned the whole unit off, cracked the window open and dealt with it.

hotel was exceptional, however the service was just ok. 3-5 minutes standing at the front lobby wtih no one there. a staff member walked by without saying a word. long drive in from pullman, washington and was just wanting to check in promptly. room and everything else was great...

great view, weather was really nice. only criticism was that the bathroom had no fan.

Nice room. Comfy bed. Shower did not drain properly and backed up to about ankle level. Heat and air is centrally controlled and was set for summer temps making for a chilly evening. Hotel staff was courtiuos but we had to ask for a crib twice. House runs a tight ship - very clean rooms.

The Marriott seems to be one of the nicest hotels in Ogden. We had reserved a 2 queen bed room but were sold out so accommodated us with a rollaway bed that we didn't have to pay for. The hotel was clean and their gym was small but decent size to get a workout in. Overall, a nice place.

Bathroom was small, very little landing space. Room temperature was centrally controlled. Breakfast was not included.

Power to end night stand electrical outlet was cut during early evening hours and was never restored. Heard other guest comment about the problem.

No heat in room with 40 degree outside temperature. Flooded bathroom from toilet. Not enough portable heaters available. Moved to a suite but no food available because of short staff on the floor. Overall poor planning for colder weather and staffing in food area.

Unfortunatly the hotel was under remodel and we had to walk under plastic tarps and the paint smell was strong. I found this to be disturbing and felt that they should have offered some kind of deal for the mess. The staff was friendly and the hotel was clean. The location is great- close to resturants and main streets.
