My stay at this hotel was horrific! The check in process went smoothly, but they put myself and my children in a room beside THE LOUDEST PEOPLE EVER. After midnight I called the front desk and complained, they did nothing. They didn’t offer to move us or make any attempt to ask the PARTY going on in the next room to stop. The next morning I woke up to find that the hotel had billed my credit card an addition $50.00 security deposit that they claimed would be removed. It has not. The manager is rude and obnoxious and would not allow me to speak when I called to ask about the additional charge. He simply said well we have a sign over and over. He also “claimed” that I signed paperwork agreeing to the security deposit. I have My copy of the paper work and that is nowhere to be found. He then advised me it’s on their copy. I asked him to email me a copy of the receipt and he refused! He said I do not Need to see what I signed! Excuse me, but if a customer asks for a copy of their paperwork why would you refuse that? Is it because YOU KNOW you didn’t tell anyone about additional charges on their Credit card? I would NEVER recommend anyone to stay in this hotel, and will certainly never stay here again. This manager should be fired for treating customers poorly, and their staff should advise customers of any additional security deposits up front. When you have been driving all day and you’re checking in to a hotel, you aren’t going to read every sign in the place.
It wasn’t amazing, but everything could be updated. Staff was very nice.
My room was filthy, mold on shower curtin, walks, floors, dirty towels, bed sheets had stains on them!!! I have pictures!!! Going to talk to the Corp!!! Worst ever experience!!!!
Booked two rooms for one night for the family. When we got to our rooms we found we did not have any towels in one of the rooms but a quick call to the front desk and towels were delivered quickly. Rooms were great with wide screen televisions, dish network, fridge, and microwave. Hotel was quiet and had great wi-fi coverage. Fast check-in and check-out. Great value.
A great place to stay. One of the best. Staff tells who checks in
The distance to Bristol was alot more than what it said on The hotel description. It was an hour and 45 minutes away. One day they didn't make up the room or bring fresh towels. We had to go back to the front desk at midnight after the race to get towels so we could shower before bed. Of course no price break for that.Other than that it was average.
The amenities were pretty good. The room was clean and it was pretty quiet. The continental breakfast is a waste of time. Plan to eat else where. Definitely the beast bang for your buck for the area.
We stayed at the Days Inn at Norton for the Nascar Race weekend at Bristol Motor Speedway. The hotel was very nice, clean, and everyone there was courteous and professional. It was convenient. There were places to eat nearby, Wal-Mart was less than 1/2 mile away, and the race track was only 30-45 minutes from the hotel. It was the perfect place to stay for a race weekend.
Very nice room. Was bigger than expected. Even has whirlpool wish we weren't so tired so we could have enjoyed it. Staff was very helpfull in finding restaurant
The room was really large and had a nice mini kitchen area with a sink, fridge and microwave. The jacuzzi was huge and very relaxing and the bed slept great. Everything was clean and kept up. We had a really nice stay and the only changes I would have made would have been to the breakfest - there really wasn't much to choose from; biscuts, bagles, 3 cereals and some Little Debbie snacks - wish there were more options.
Staff really pleasant, room clean but had an odd odor. For the price and my needs it worked well.
Strong smell of smoke everywhere. Not enough towels. Least possible accommodations for the traveler. Very poor breakfast - coffee was worst every tasted. Very bad experience
The staff was very helpful and freindly. Help with everytheing we ask.

We are sorry if there was noise going on during your stay. The additional $50 hold on your card is standard and authorized at check-in. Once you leave provided no smoking or damage it is reversed. Depending on your financial institution they make take 2-7 days to release it. We have a sign posted at the front desk and it is also written on the registration card you sign advising it. It also mentions in on the website where you book.
