great location and amenities! has wonderful views of south rim right in the backyard!
Everything was great! Thank you! Don't know why your getting a poor rating online. Everything was clean, room was nice! Booking was easy, front desk employees were nice. We checked in late, no problem.
It was amazing to stay within Grand Canyon Park and such a short walk to the Rim Trail. Staff were friendly, place is incredibly clean, food was good and the setting is great. Shuttle thru the park right outside your door. Highly recommend!
Great customer service, terrific buffet, amamzing.location.
Very clean and spacious. Enjoyed the pool and fireplace outside.
Did not get a chance to enjoy the facilities but room was okay and lobby was nice.
Closer than expected entrance to the National Park and the pool was nice.
Great location, easy transport, good food court. No wifi or microwave in room as promised. Small and dated. (Our section is about to close for renovation. ) also no in room safe. Would have been awfully hot in summer bc no AC. Nice fan though.
The bathroom heater did not work. Location was excellent.
