Thank you
Their "system was down", including their only amenity: "free wifi" internet, for the whole building, the whole time we were there. At checkout I had to let them take a photocopy of my driver license and payment card, which was not very professional nor did it leave me feeling secure. I was told multiple times by the front desk that they were waiting for someone/Verizon to fix the issue, for two whole days. Sounds fishy to me that a worldwide company can't get someone to fix their internet, even if it is the weekend! Also, I got some kind of bug bites overnight on my foot, the carpeting was very dirty/dingy in halls and room, and a sofa cushion was ripped, down the whole side. I read other reviews complaining of the same thing, 10 months ago, so they haven't fixed it yet! They also advertising "daily housekeeping", but our room was not cleaned nor restocked with anything, including towels, while we were out. We did NOT leave the DND sign on the door. A local resident said the hotel is only about 2 years old. The wear and tear in the rooms look more like 10 years old, with no upgrades nor repairs done. This was my first contact with Marriott, and I don't think it was worth almost $600 for 2 nights. There was a lot of taxes/fees in that cost, not sure what that's all about.
Staff was very friendly.
The room we stayed in smelled really bad. We qlways carry sanitizer spray with us to sanitize the room. However the smell was in the curtains and the carpet. It smelled like old cigarettes.. It xaused me to have asthma issues.
The room was roomy, but needed a good cleaning, and the bed sunk in. Stuff were polite.
Mom was disgusting comforter dirty bathroom sink full of hair hair on the towels nightstand sticky with dust all over it it was just discussing I'm trying to figure out how I can get a refund
The air conditioner made a horrible noise when running and social distancing did not appear to be strongly encouraged. The staff were helpful and friendly.
It was really nice and clean ; wonderful room features
The front desk staff went above and beyond in helping me by locating and offering to deliver a package I had sent to the hotel. GREAT JOB, CREW!!!
Several months prior to our latest visit, I reserved three double queen suites to accommodate 11 individuals. Upon checking in, I was told by the clerk that they only had doubles available and not queens. When I indicated that the I reserved queens, I was told that I personally changed my reservation two months prior. Again, when I disputed that statement and tried to show the clerk my confirmed itinerary, she said that the paper doesn't matter and that I had to contact who ever I made the reservations through and that they had no queen rooms available to make the change or could she offer me the difference in rate between the queen suites and the double rooms. After a few minutes of debate she was able to come up with one double queen as a "curtsey". As I was on hold with Orbitz support, she motioned for me to come over and indicate that the manager would give her one more queen room. Still not letting the 3rd room go, I contacted Orbitz support--who after a few minutes on hold to chat with hotel staff--the rep was able to get me my 3rd room. When I went in to switch the room keys, it was the same staff that I was dealing with through the entire issue. Coordinating a vacation for 11 people is not a stress free event. Dealing with the staff at this hotel did not make things easier. They offered no accommodations or rate refunds...just take what we give you.
The front desk reprsenative was excellent and very kind.
Nice hotel friendly staff decent breakfast nice pool and jacuzi
...the A/C is the loudest l have ever heard in my life and the room doors have this slight gap on the bottom and therefore when people are talking in the hallways you can hear everything. Those are the only complaints l have.
Was very comfortable and very nice front desk staff
Housekeeping didn't knock before entering the room and came 2 hours before check out. Unlock door and left it open. Red stains on carpet in living room and kitchenette area. Curtains didn't close completely had to use a pillow to keep them closed. The room keys deactivated before check out, which was noon and I requested a late check out. Also, the linen smelled like moth balls as if it hadn't been changed in a while.
