Was very comfortable and very nice front desk staff

Housekeeping didn't knock before entering the room and came 2 hours before check out. Unlock door and left it open. Red stains on carpet in living room and kitchenette area. Curtains didn't close completely had to use a pillow to keep them closed. The room keys deactivated before check out, which was noon and I requested a late check out. Also, the linen smelled like moth balls as if it hadn't been changed in a while.

We stopped here on our road trip to be in a convenient location to whatever we might decide to do in the area (maybe Colonial Williamsburg, maybe the beach, maybe visit naval/military sites). The hotel itself is comfortable and well kept. Our room had a bit of a strong perfume (like from laundry detergent) scent, but was clean and in order. The people working the front desk were very friendly and helpful. I was looking for places to eat, and not seeing much more than the standard chain fare. The lady and gentleman at the desk gave me several recommendations for local places that really hit the spot.

The hotel staff ranged from courteous to inept. A missing "Do not disturb" sign lead to a request to have one provided only to come back to a disturbed room and still no sign. The hotel itself is visibly old and in need of some refreshments to the overall look, on top of the recent updates. The room I was in had a huge impact crack/dent in the shower wall where someone clearly fell and hit the wall with force. It's easy to see why they fell as the back end of the tub has an incline that makes slipping quite easy. The sink also had a crack in it and the toilet paper dispenser was a stretch of a reach from the toilet. Lastly, the fire alarm with its bright flashing light to show that it was connected was placed on the wall opposite the bed and proved to be pretty annoying when trying to fall asleep. Oh, and the breakfast options were horrible. All in all, stay somewhere else. This place isn't terrible, but there are much better options in the area worth your money.

Great location, clean and friendly staff. The room isn't huge but accommodates 4 people well.

Room was run down and lots of things need repair or updating. Wall thermostat display was not working so temperature could not be set. Shower drain broken, sink chipped, light fixtures outdated.

Preparing to build a house in Tellico Village, we ended up discovering the Holiday Inn in Sweetwater. It is 10 miles away, but worth the ride. Clean, quiet, comfortable and a friendly staff. The only complaint is they charge $2.50 for a bottle of coke and the add sales tax and then room tax for an extra 14%. That's absurd.

The hotel was nice but the people were excellent to work with. Everybody from the front desk people to the maintenance people were very friendly.

My stay was for two nights. The comforter had stains on it. I reported it to the front desk. They immediately brought up a new one for the housekeeper to change when she cleaned the room. I saw the housekeeper and told her a clean one was left on the bed for her change. She said ok, but cleaned the room and made the bed with the dirty comforter on the bed and put the folded clean one back on top of the bed??? The Housekeeping Supervisor had to come change it. Hotel lobby had spills on the floor that were left unattended. One big spill was by the front door. It was there from Wed afternoon & still had not been cleaned when we checked out Thurs at 10:30am. Very disappointing for a Marriott. Wouldn'the stay here again. Staff are nice, but are not on their "A" game.

Perfect location for Hampton University Homecoming weekend

My experience was comfortable, clean and pleasant staff. Will definitely be staying again.

It has snowed 9" in Hampton on Thur. The parking lot was in great shape considering. The staff was outstanding The breakfast was surprisingly great. Eggs and meat. Look forward to our next visit. WWC

Have stayed here before. Will stay here again. Great staff so friendly. Visit with daughters family. Only a few miles away.

In town for a Christmas family gathering, stayed one night. Clean, comfortable stay. Staff friendly and helpful. Enjoyed the contiental breakfast.

As the title indicates my stay was a good choice but not extraordinary. The lobby was nice with no complaints as well as the few members of the staff I spoke with. The room was nice and had a good design a little small but that was not a big draw back. The breakfast the next day was good and for the price saving 20 bucks on breakfast the next day do help. Overall nothing amazing but definitely a good stay for the price.

Room was clean and comfortable. The breakfast Was great.

It was okay. Front desk was very good. Everyone that I encountered was very helpful. Concerns, our room was not cleaned during our stay, I called for face towels to use when we returned one evening. I had to wait until they were washed and dried. I received towels at 11:15 pm which was a hour later. Not good, there should be more towels available. We should not have to wait and the room should have been cleaned in the first place. Breakfast was ok. Waffles were mushy. We went out for breakfast the next day instead.

Very nice hotel. Clean and comfortable, great staff - will go back again :)

Staff is very nice, and accommodating. Pool stays open to 11PM! Great Breakfast and clean room.

My best friend and i went to springhill for her bday this past weekend and we were so satisfied with the service amenities and appliances available for us. Everything about it was so convenient. Its only 4 minutes from the abc store too!
